It is better to contact us via support regarding these cases.
Regarding saving wallet just make sure you are filling all fields. That is: Pin number, Password and Wallet address.

Hi admin, I have the same issue and I just opened a ticket, but the page ask me only PIN and BTC address, not the password and every time the message is wrong PIN number.
I hope and I'm sure, your support can solve this issue for me, your site is the best for me and I'm working very hard on it.

Uhm... I'm surprised that they have not an alarm system, or an automatic restart for case like this, and the server is not managed, maybe is not a dedicated server...

Hello admin, I've a problem.
When I go in the page for increasing the max energy, I can't add because this message:

Energy Points - out of maximum

But my energy is 7/11 and I can't use the boost page, because after 5 minutes a message says that there is a problem.
