Depression, one of the things that kills faster than anything this has been 60% of all human beings problem so whenever am depressed I listen to music's just to get my self up and another secret stay around happy people.

Life is too short a very good adage, when I was growing I feel we live till when we decide not to live again not until I started seeing people of my age dying and I start to ask my self, we all are destined to fulfill our destiny but why do some die early, and the answers I found out was that we should just make every moment we spend a valuable one and we should live without regrets, we live, we love, we die...

This should go along way, but I we have been battling for with this over the years, every country has people who are tagged the needy and its not all countries that makes provisions for them so I feel basically, we shouldn't put all the blames on our government, back in the days people love and care for each other but nowadays we rather spend on expensive things while we forget our neighbors... we need to work on our selves, a lot of people needs me and you out there why not let us work on that and we all would have a better life..

It goes a long way when we take preventive measures by following the rules social distancing has different meanings, there are some set of people who aren't ready to help so they see that as a medium to run away from family members when they are in need and on the other hand if all rules are followed then we are good.. Happy we only need to have the better understanding of the thing called "social DISTANCE".

I feel we need them just to fight against bad deeds, because in my country when we see a police man holding a gun no matter how stubborn or how tough you may be you would surely be calm so that fear of guns it self goes a long way its, just that it's been used wrongly these days but still let's not forget we still need them to fight crimes because we can't stop having crime activities, we are humans

This gives me a lot to think about over the years cause I find it so hard to believe an individual would kill him/her self but I came to conclusions with some reasons:
1.oppressions from friends or family
2.low level of thinking
3.frustration

Talking about how to maintain your good health..
Being happy is the most essential thing you might eat a lot of food, drink alot even take drugs but when you are depressed I don't think all would have effects so the primary things I know is that you should:
Eat well
Drink well
Rest well
And exercise often
But the most important thing is to stay happy and so that your health would be in fine form. 😊
