I would pick bitcoins because bitcoin is easily transferrable, is pseudo-anonymous(although this may be a problem with finding scammers), and can't be chargebacked. I don't like the transaction fees, the time it takes for a transaction to be confirmed, and the fact that it's pseudo-anonymity will make it hard to find scammers.

Every exchange has a different value then the other exchanges. Although, for a price check on my bitcoins, I normally use preev.com and not an exchange since you normally need to log in into an exchange.

I do think that it is better to save money in a bank where it can accumulate interests instead of a risky investment that can possibly make you lose your money but, if you wanted to invest into something, then I'd recommend gold because they almost always have some buyers and sellers.

I think that trading should be considered a hobby, and not a job. I also think that the only method that there is to trading is to buy low and sell high and have some amount of money to start with(any amount of money will do).

If it meant keeping my bitcoins safe, I would buy a hardware wallet since it's they are the safest wallets around. An alternative to hardware wallets would be a desktop wallet that you download on your desktop.

I wouldn't want to quit my day job to go full time on bitcoin on the off chance that bitcoin becomes worthless(it's not gonna happen anytime soon, I can tell you that.) If bitcoin price were to skyrocket though, I'd probably sell some of my bitcoins into fiat.

I think that you can choose when to become a trader. The best time for you to become a trader could be now, when the price of the commodity you are trying to trade is cheap, or maybe when you feel like it.

I don't think that the service itself is a scam, but I do think that there are some paypal users that are scammers. I do still use paypal though since it is widely used, I just don't like the fees and the fact that my account could potentially get limited -_-.

I don't think that it is a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today since it is pretty expensive at $600 on preev rate. I suggest that you should wait until the price lowers in order to buy 1 BTC(or more/less).

I don't think that Monero would replace bitcoin any time soon. Monero would need the same amount of press coverage that bitcoin has right now considering that most stores may have not heard of it.

If bitcoin moved above 10k, I'd sell some of my bitcoins and use the rest to go shopping at web stores that accept bitcoin(heck maybe I'll get a physical bitcoin card).

Bitcoin is volatile, so it is not safe to put your all of your assets into bitcoin.
