What happens when there is so much halving that the reward for mining bitcoin is extremely low and the cost of verifying the blockchain for the miners exceeds the reward of their bitcoin?

Good afternoon Admin, I lost access to the account created with this email address on 04/01/2018, and got an email to lock it if I wasn't the one that changed the email address which I did to have it locked, and I've tried to use the password reset option on the website to restore access to the account but to no avail, which is why I'm sending an email with a signed message from one of the bitcoin accounts I posted on the forum earlier in the day.

The address I'm signing the message from is the address I used to join signature campaigns before the account got hacked and email changed
