Recently I stumbled across a website that lets you buy & sell virtual items from online games in exchange for bitcoin. I've lost the name of the site. Anyone know about this?

Vicurex show the price fluctuations of litecoin, expressed in BTC, for the current month only. Can I get charts anywhere that go back further than this?

namecoin blockchain

How do I find out how much of the Namecoin blockchain has been downloaded so far? I just right-clicked on the namecoind.exe file and clicked "Run as Administrator". When the DOS box pops up I assume it starts automatically downloading the block-chain, but I like to see some actual numerical feedback.

Devcoin is excruciatingly slow at downloading the blockchain. Is there any way of speeding this up, or a faster way to gain access to the blockchain?

haha wow version 8. you need to upgrade to version 12.8 or 13.1

www.support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx

install the 13.1 drivers and you should be good to go

Thanks! Updated my drivers and that did the trick!

dxdiag is what I was using. But I'll give cgminer a try if it saves my some headaches.

The only thing in the device dropdown list is a message that says "No OpenCL Devices".

I'm using an ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 Series

Every time I start the program I get an error message saying "No OpenCL Devices were found"

GUIminer not detecting my video-card

Hi all! Just got a new place where my electricity is included in the rent so I figured I'd set up a miner. I've been thinking about it for a while so this is as good an opportunity as ever right?

I just want to get a miner going while I'm familiarizing myself with all the technical aspects of bitcoin. I've installed GUIminer and set up an account in one of the mining pools. However, GUIminer isn't detecting my video card. I've opened up my tower and made sure that I do in fact have a video card and that the monitor isn't just running off the motherboard.

Do I need two video-cards, one for my monitor and another unused video-card for mining, or can I use the same card for both at the same time?
