Ok, thanks a lot..

So I should have set larger pool payout threshold while I was mining...

Huge fee, and number of inputs? Help needed
by
eretron
on 28/03/2017, 14:42:06 UTC
Hello,

I would like to send 0.1 BTC to a friends address, but from what I see, fees are more than amount I want to send (0.196 BTC).

So what am I doing wrong, and why there is over 800 inputs over there?

Re: is there a way to boost both fans ? (antminer S9)

Why don't you connect them directly to 12V, that way both will do max RPM possible?

Because if the controller doesnt see the fans the machine shuts down and will not hash. Honestly if you ut the PWM line and it is still not speeding up you most likely have a bad fan.

But why don't you leave pwm wiring connected just connect directly to 12v other 2 wires... It should send max rpm to controller, so it should still mine... But the rpm would me maxed..

Am I missing something?

I have the same issue macOS Sierra 10.12.3

Electrum is extremely slow. Anything i click needs from 2-15sec to respond, and also it is synchronising for a long long time...

I am not behind firewall...

Any ideas?

EDIT: I am using 2.8.1 ver of Electrum

Re: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥[GUNBOT] Automatic Poloniex Profit Generator🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

So, I have been usiing bot for the last 25days, and just wanted to share my experience with it.

For the first few days, it was still an older version using 1000Trades strategy, and with me just started using bot it was a bit confusing to figure out what I should and what should not do, so I was a bit afraid so bot was given total of 0.01 BTC to operate with. It all went well, no negative sells, only gains...

A few days later a Supergun version was released, and to me it was much clearer how it operates, and how to set up... As I felt more confident I have started increasing amount of BTC that bot was operating with, ending with total of 0.5BTC

I never had any negative experience with bot, together with absolutely amazing support from Gunthar, who was more than helpful with explaining and helping in any way possible, I was starting to get really nice profits...

All I can say is that bot payed for it self more then double for the ~25 days of usage, and that I find amazing...

The other thing I can confirm, is that from all that users that are using this bot, I have not heard nothing but good words for how the bot behaves, and the way that Gunthar treats his customers... Really top notch

Just for the sake of confirmation, I'll attach some screenshots of the bot trades during last 20ish days...

Once again, I am really happy for deciding to buy this bot.

BTW, new version was just released, will update how the new one is performing.

Re: Newbie Mining Questions, what would you do? and why?
by

•Celeron G1840 Processor
•Asrock H81 Pro BTC motherboard
•4 x XFX Black RX 470 GPU
•Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8GB Memory
•Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD Hard disk
•EVGA 1000 GQ 80 Plus GOLD power supply

Power usage is of no concern to me as i have a source of free power, so what should i do, or maybe there is a better option??

First of all if you buy this, get that EVO 850, and sell it, and buy the cheapest 120gb or smaller ssd... you dont need it in a mining rig... It's waaaay overkill...

If the price is good, go for it...but dont expect ROI over night...

And, if you are planning ETH Mining, consider RX 470 4GB... They are cheaper and more use less power...

I would go for Sapphire RX 470 Nitro+ 4GB

Easily one of the best threads in a long time from a home miner perspective Wink

BTW. Whats your plan once ETH goes POS, will you shift to other coins, or sell the GPUs?

The SUPERGUN strategy

To start the currencies analysis, just press the "STATISTICS" button and then the $ symbol on your console (picture below explaining this step and describes all buttons)

where do you see this all?
is this all only in MSwindows?
I start in Linux with
Code:
node supergun xxx_yyy
or
node 1000trades xxx_yyy

Only Win... No GUI for linux...

Spring is coming soon and so will the hot weather.  I currently have 60+ Rigs in production.  If I stop now, my current infrastructure can handle the heat with a breeze.  However we do have plans on adding 10-20 more rigs.  So it's better to over Engineer to leave some cushions for worst case scenarios.  We all go into this phase.  When it's problematic, we say NO MORE RIGS!! That's enough!  When things are stable and we get bore, we say "Oh look at what's on sale, maybe a few more rigs won't hurt?".  Those last few GPU or rigs is usually the straw that breaks the Camel's back.  =)

My shed is very narrow.  If I put another rack to hold my Box fans, not only will that cover all the sexiness, but it will make it a nightmare to service my gears.  It would probably not be very safe working in that tight of a space.  The positive side to it being so narrow, is that I only have to push the heat a short distance to get it to the Exhaust side.  A lightbulb came into my head and say why not use some of those strong new 120MM Fans I just got?  However getting even 6 of quality Gooseneck holders is like over $100 easily which I can use for Fans instead.

Luckily, I found this piece of metal that would do the job perfectly and only cost $1.29 at Lowes.  It have predrill holes and is very flexible so I can bend it at any angle I want.  IF I want wider flow, I just extend it more.  I can push it aside if I don't want it in my way.  2 of these at an angle especially Finksy version will sufficient for a 4 ft wide rack to keep the hot stale air from heating the gears above them.   I most likely won't be needing them but it's good to know, there's room for more efficiency and it could possibly help others.  You can power it simply with the spare Molex from your PSU for the side rigs.  All wood and Metal rack frames can be drilled to mount these.

First of all, great thread...

I see you are quite MSI oriented Cheesy Do you have any issues with them... I was NITRO+ user until now, but considering giving some MSI chance to shine Cheesy

All the best

You should edit claymore config file located in /home/ethos/ folder if i remember correctly...

There you need to add dcr pool an wall address...

Also i think you should add -mode 0

so something like this

-epool eu1.ethermine.org:4444
-ewal xxxxxxxxxx
-eworker xxxxx
-epsw x
-dpool stratum+tcp://dcr.suprnova.cc:2252
-dwal xxxxxxxxx
-dpsw x
-mode 0

I got my 2 Sapphire 470 Nitro+ 4GB with Samsung rock solid @ 29.5MH/s on eth.

This is on Linux box... Maybe win would be a bit faster.

I got 30+ but it's not that stable...

Don't know about those... But if anyone needs 29.5 MH/s BIOS for 470 Nitro+ 4GB with samsung mem, its pulling 175w @ wall, so i guess GPU is about 135w at the wall, let me know.

Those scores are on linux box, maybe Win10 would be even faster...
