Still doesn't see to be working for me :O What browser?

Chrome, sorry about the false alarm, it was great for a short time.

Are they using "sockets" with node.js, and does anyone know the tech details about the issue(s)?
Their setup to mitigate load is interfering with socket.io's ability to load.

Stunna if you could update us on whats going on that would be awesome. Or have some one update us. Huh
That's the one problem, I wouldn't mind the downtime, if they didn't just leave everyone in the dark...

As per usual, the big sites doens't update on what's happening. Get used to it.
Seems counterproductive, unless you can divulge to me some reason a site, regardless of size, would want negative publicity/reputation for reliability.

site dead
btc are safe ?
how to recover btc?
The site is not dead -_-, the server which the site calls when it loads is throwing HTTP 400 errors because of how the sockets.io engine is setup/being used in conjunction with the proxy routing/load mitigation infrastructure they have.

dont even think that your btc will be lost... no sir Wink

PD team is one of the responsible devs out here... just give them time to fix site Wink
Responsible... maybe, responsive.. no.

I'm the last person to bash them, but unless they can't afford a spare server to do testing before they put their code live, there is no reason they shouldn't have been able to rollback to a working frontend; unless their code is so... poorly written, a change in the code makes it impossible to interface with new data(bets made, userfiles, player balances) made on the bad code, with the old working frontend.

That is mostly correct . Should be up soon with fixed sockets .

All balances are safe ofc.

I'm happy it'll be up soon, but I had a question I tried asking through email which never got answers...

When the site was only half working, and even now, why not affix a alert/message to the loading page so people who don't follow this forum thread know the site isn't never going to be fixed... It just seem logical, especially to avoid people from jumping to conclusions.
And didn't you just post a few hours ago as if you had no idea what was going on?

Can you reboot the server(s) please??
Rebooting the server would at best make the betting part of the site start working again, the chat/pvp/stability is gone until they either debug their code, or alternatively roll back to the latest working version.

PRIMEDICE IS SCAM!!!
Your face is a scam....

I am fucking pissed that main functionalities of the site have been inaccessible for days, but.. primedice is not a scam; you can still withdrawal as you please at the moment, and I have no doubts that'll stay; they just need to have a working version of the site, if an update kills functionality on a site, it is principle web-development standards to have a working version on standby.

If you still see a different background than the original, clear your cache and then refresh the page.

Yep. Quoting this so it's at top of the new page.

ctrl + shift + R should do it.

(If you are on mac, its cmd + shift+ R)

That's the way to get it done! Thanks Naht
Any clue why my withdrawal hasn't came through; it's been two hours... I emailed support.
