Gebbit

Hey everyone!

I wanted to tell you guys about this new exchange I found called Gebbit. I tried it out, and signing up was simple. All it took was an email address. They didn't ask for any personal information, so I was able to remain anonymous.

The website itself is great! They have a sleek interface that is extremely easy to use. For this reason, I would recommend it to anyone new to Bitcoin. However, this service isn't only for people new to Bitcoin. Gebbit offers a wide range of trading tools to help you make a profit while using the site. The fees are extremely low so making a profit wasn't hard for me!

I would recommend Gebbit to any Bitcoin user!

Here is a link: https://gebbit.com/

Best Regards,
Eric

I've found that a great place to actually get Bitcoin in the first place. It's called Gebbit.com. I have tried the service, and it works excellently. The exchange offers a sleek new interface for all users. I found trading to be super easy! I managed to get a profit trading Bitcoin, because the fees were so low.

I highly recommend the site to everyone!

Eric

If you want to get some Bitcoin, try working for it. If you have a valuable skill, you can work for people in exchange for Bitcoin. I do it, and it works great!

Also, a new exchange I was checking out called Gebbit is pretty cool. It is brand new, and hardly has any traders yet. Its worth taking a look at Gebbit.com . They have a sleek contemporary design that is perfect for people new to Bitcoin. The fees aren't that bad so you can buy Bitcoin and spend it pretty well.

Escrow address: 1PL328CQNaY2J1SpUZgeyVwwdQr2Cspuqy

Escrow Terms: Funds will be held in escrow for 10 days. If all slots are not filled within 10 days,
The funds will be sent back to the sending address. In other words, if
One person signs up, then everyone else must sign up within 10
Days or we will have to restart. Do not send funds to the stated address if you do not agree to the above terms.

We will follow the OPs suggestions, but the USD value will be adjusted based on the avg market price of BTC. Once a winner is chosen, he will be sent $100 (can vary depending on market), the OP will receive $20 (also varies) and I will keep $4 (variable).  If there is any suspicion of cheating or OP not following through, all funds will be sent back to original users and I will forfeit my escrow fee. (This must be publicly agreed upon by the majority).

If none of that makes sense, let me know and I will revise.

Good. When someone e-mails me about joining, I will reserve them a spot, and tell them to pay you.

Lightning chess?  Probably 2-1 would be a better choice.  Too much lag in your connection and you could lose any advantage.  Anyway, I am interested.

We are not quite doing lightning chess. Its called Chess960. e-mail me at ericpfdz@gmail.com and/or join the chatroom www.chatstep.com/#BTCchess The chatroom has no passcode. I would love to give you some more info!

Great, good initiative, we need more stuff like this. What game will it be? i guess it will be with an online multiplayer game.

Yes, it will be online multiplayer. It will all be done on a website. Reddit wasn't as enthusiastic about my idea. Glad to know that this forum is accepting of new ideas! If you would like to participate, e-mail me. Having you on-board would be a pleasure Smiley.

Post the URL of the site where the "fair gambling" will occur ... don't be shy.

Need 8 people ? You aren't going to pull Derren's trick are you?

.07 x 222usd x 8 = 124usd...I suppose the host keeps the profits as well?

I just watched the vid. Fu**ing awesome trick. But, how did he guess the no. at the end ?

Guys, it's basically impossible to use a bot on en.lichess.org They can pick up behaviors that are common in bots and ban cheaters. I made a chat room so we all can talk about this.

we'll thing is you don't actually need a bot, just a 3rd party help program. whenever you're stuck o na move just type in the board layout and you'll get the best move handed to you.

The chatroom is https://chatstep.com/#BTCchess Just choose a nickname. No password required. I am thinking about changing to lightning chess. Cheaters wont have time to input moves on a 3rd party program. This will probably solve our problem.

Still no one has contacted me about participating. 8 Slots are open, and everyone is welcome. The site I am using makes it impossible to cheat. If your moves look like a bot's moves, you will be disqualified. Please e-mail me if you would like to participate! ericpfdz@gmail.com

Only way I can see you avoiding chess computer cheating is by playing a chess variant. Such as swapping the knight and bishop around at the start of the game.
Though I expect people would still be able to adjust the chess engine to do these changes.

I am preventing chess computer cheating by observing behaviors during the game. It is harder than you think to cheat. En.lichess.org also does a lot to prevent cheating. This is where the games will be played. It is against website rules to cheat, and if you are caught, your account will be banned.

inb4 same guy that created the 'turn $100 bitcoin into the life of a millionare.'

Well, I guess 120 bucks isn't much of a scam.  Good luck guys.

I'm not actually familiar with that. What is 'turn $100 bitcoin into the life of a millionare.'? Distrust comes with being a newbie. People who e-mail me can see detailed info of how the whole chess tournament works.

To: OP

I am willing to offer escrow for this tournament in order to increase the odds of this happening. I am a chess fan myself, and this seems like fun, but seeing that you are of the "newbie" status, people will most likely not trust you. I am offering to hold the funds of this tournament, without releasing any payments until it is publicity determined who is the winner. I would then send the prize money, and then the 24$ to you (minus $1 escrow fee).

To discuss, please reply to this post directly (to remain public)

I would definitely do that. I can understand that not everyone trusts me. I will probably have everyone send money to you when the tournament starts. Bitcoin address and e-mail?

Until then, if you are interested in taking part in the tournament. E-mail me. I should be able to reply when I get back home. So far no one has e-mailed me so all 8 slots are open! My email is ericpfdz@gmail.com

I wont be participating in the tournament. I have no bias Smiley Hope this resolves any worries!

You will host and moderate, and could have an inside person so of course it doesn't address any concerns.

Good point! Anything is possible. Besides an inside cheater would easily be noticed by opposition due to fast, and perfect moves. Then my reputation on the forums would be ruined. I don't have an inside person. That I can assure you of.
