Can DCBL act on my behave with just the county court judgement or do they need more ? And did you use a particular DCBL office?

I contacted their North West office and you just need the judgement and to fill out their 'transfer up' form, along with paying a flat GBP60.00 payment.

FYI: DCBL does not want to follow up on my judgement as they could not locate Alpha-Tech (anymore).

GUYS I have been burned by SMALL CLAIMS SOLICITORS and any recommendations from fightalpha, fightalpha is just a commercial for these companies, you can just tell by the advertising. A way for people to make money from people who have already lost money. Its a SCAM in itself.

What a complete and utter load of hysterical bollocks. I have already reported the success I had with engaging LPC Law, winning the case and then engaging a collection agency (DCBL) to enforce the judgement, which resulted in Alpha paying the full judgement amount within a matter of days.

It cost me nearly GBP900 for the whole process but that was covered by the judgement amount being made for the full claim, plus interest, plus my expenses. Maybe some of you are simply too dumb to work through the process needed and so you want to start throwing your toys from the pram and blaming other people for your failure to deal with this properly.

FightAlpha have done more to help people get on with recovering their funds than any other person or group in this thread, so I'd suggest you rethink the possible motivation its detractors might actually have.

Ever thought that FightAlpha IS Alpha? Now there's food for thought!

I had a positive judgement from the county court judgement and SCS do a third party debt order but that failed. Can DCBL act on my behave with just the county court judgement or do they need more ? And did you use a particular DCBL office?

I can't seem to get any hashrate at all! Nothing has changed and my miner is pointed at it, hashing at 300 + (titan) and I am receiving nothing or next to nothing through the pool, whats going on? The hash has to be going somewhere, is it a big clevermining week of "fuckups" where everyones accounts are rigged to act buggy while 800+ people miners mine solely for them for a week... ? >.<

Switch (temporarily) to another pool as minedaft suggested, you are losing money if you do not.

After mining with my Titan on CM for months, something changed in the past few days. My hashrate slowly falls below 200MH unless I reboot every few hours. It's rock steady at 380MH on litecoinpool.

Any other Titan owners see this, or is my unit just dying? It's always had a little "character".

I see exactly the same behaviour, since August 24th my Titan is instable as well when mining on CM.

I would like to monitor the performance of my mining on clevermining. This to keep an eye on things so I know when to investigate my miners for example.

Currently I am screenscraping http://clevermining.com/users/
. It works but that is a bit cumbersome as the metrics on this page are surrounded by a lot of html Sad

Would it be possible to expose the mining metrics per user in XML or JSON ? (e.g. on http://clevermining.com/users/
?XML ?
