Oui je comprends pas en fait, en quoi y'a besoin de passer par une blockchain pour ce genre de mise en oeuvre de traçabilité par exemple, un simple accès via un site internet avec compte personnel pour chaque intermédiaire suffirait à renseigner/contrôler les données de la traçabilité par exemple, c'est quoi le rapport avec la choucroute de la blockchain ? Ca devient vraiment une mode pour dire nous aussi on est dans la hype, rien de plus...
