Anything that challenges the established order is labelled controversial. First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win. Bitcoin is currently on step #3.

I understand bitcoin is translated into real dollars but my biggest concern with government acceptance and how one major nation (e.g China) can demonetize and devalue BC overnight by no longer mining or no longer accepting BC. Today in the US i think we get by due to the vague understanding of how it works, which is why our government sees it as a commodity (like gold).
On the other hand, how do you feel about major banks and investors getting into BC? Shouldn't this help stabilize the market?

Are there websites, twitter feeds, and or groups that is recommended for staying up to date on critical infomation or does everyone rely on the forums?
Also, where is a good place to understand about the ICO offerings and how one could invest.
