Three lines of text isn't that great of a guide for the "Early Investors Pool" or anything else.

If you're doing a guide, any guide, you cover ALL the important points from beginning to end, with images at various stages so folks know exactly what the objectives are and that they are following the right path to reach those objectives.  As it is, your "guide" provides none of that and leaves only doubts when nothing seems to happen after following it.

I looked at this some months ago, since the project was interesting.

Apparently, spamming peoples wallets with crap they NEVER ASKED FOR is a thing these days.

I'm sure that'll help increase the adoption of crypto by the masses, and people won't think you are another bunch of scamming douche-bags.

Talking of KYC, can your website FAQ and/or whitepaper be updated to provide more information about exactly who is doing your KYC process and what it involves? 

Some people like to know this as part of their due diligence.

In case some hadn't noticed, it's a buyers market at the moment.

This isn't 2017, where people will buy any tokenized rubbish with a fancy website. Even the quality ICOs aren't selling.

With that in mind, is your info email address ever checked, or is it just their for show?

I'm getting mightily tired of ICOs that only know I exist until they get my crypto.

Would it kill you people to communicate with those that actually bothered to invest, or do you not care anymore because the ICO is "paused"?

What is happening with the refunds?

The market is terrible at the moment. Even good ICOs aren't selling as quickly.

I was going to ask why you needed an ICO if your revenues are so good. But I'd add to that and ask why you didn't just take your idea to some venture capitalists?

Your funds would be guaranteed, at least more guaranteed than anything in this up and down market, and you wouldn't have to worry about appealing to small time investors like me.
