If I had more than 0.11 btc in bitcoin, I would have converted them into bitcoins to get the money and wouldn't have asked for a Loan. A friend of I gave me 0.01 so I can send eBay a little bit of money, i'll write an e-mail to tell them i'll send them the rest soon. I'm still Newbie here so I don't think I can get a loan here even with a good Collateral.

Honnêtement c'est surtout qu'au niveau de l'Amérique, les heures sont différentes, alors qu'il est 12:00 chez vous, le dîner donc, beaucoup d'Américains, de Canadiens, etc... Sont toujours endormis, par exemple les Québecois ont 6 heures de moins en décalage avec vous, c'est-à-dire qu'ils dorment alors que les européens sont actifs en pleine journée, à peine que les Québecois se lèvent entre 8 et 11h, les échanges progressent.

J'habite au Québec et j'en fait la constatation, tout fluctue surtout en soirée de chez moi, la journée presque rien ne change, les chiffres montent et descendent mais pas énormément, mais lorsqu'il est 2 à 4 heures du matin, c'est le matin en Europe et la majorité de ceux qui utilisent Bitcoin, compagnies ou encore utilisateurs se réveillent et commence à tout faire balancer.

C'est pas vraiment une question d'activité Européenne/Américaine, c'est surtout au niveau des heures.

Yup, first you should try to send him/her a private message, if he/she doesn't answer after 1 to 2 days, then you should seize the account. Sometimes they just can't pay back for the moment, add some interests, make a deal or something.
