yes right now despite before, Eth is undervalued, but never forget that ICO drugged the system increasing the prices... Realistically Eth value now should be 400 Usd.

When market is fine, silence is good. I don't see this like a very negative parameter.

I don't say that IEO are bad. I only say that they are bad as Ico. Someone also earned a lot with Ico as well... But the trend is to give an angel face to IEO because big exchanges promotes them. They only do it form money, so there's no guarantee that the project is reliable. In the past I invested in projects that had incredible staff, and bla bla bla.... fake news, anyone can build a feke reputation on Linkedin, they don't verify you, you can write you are a president of an unknown president, you can drive a Ferrari and have 100 properties... So just don't rely to words. I also don't believe on Coins that have big guys or Managers behind... This is not a guarantee of success, but in my opinion is even worst as big guys if d not earn money immediately they give up. Dreamers and people that wants to change their life, could potentially do much better.

I would hold 9 major coins with potential and 1 outsider so if outsider stop, you don't loose, if it become a win coin, you have good benefits from this.

I would agree except for point 3. Most of team are fakes and most of their curriculum even of true people are just fakes. On Linkedin if I am an agent sales, i can become a manager, expert in Ico, owner of properties and so on. No one can verify those information so, completely unreliable. I would add that even point 2 can not be true. Only rich companies can be listed on big exchanges. The richest they are the more fake exchange they do with robots to increase their daily volumes. I like to focus mainly on what's behind the idea of the coin, so technology and marketing.

IEO are the bad face of Exchanges. I don't find them interesting. It's not that just filing a google spreadsheet with some data that makes a coin more reliable. With IEO Eschanges pump and dump as they earn more fees.

Indicators are not the "truth". Altcoins and cryptocurrencies have no a solid backtest like Forex, so market is still unpredictable.

I generally would consider:

1- Technology behind. Is new, has a sense or is just a clone?
2- Marketing. Do they have an innovative marketing?
3- Volumes. If already on exchange since months, do they have real volumes?

Are you accepting new Coin in this period? I remember until 6 months ago, no new coin could be listed.

Bullish run seems really on. If you look on coinmarketcap daily volumes ( this really matters) you see that from 70 billion in 24 hours, we are now around 84 billions and when this amount growth, it means there are more exchangers and investors. If this number will pass 100 in 24 hours, this would make a further growth....

Right now Eth should ahve a major chance to grow as it lost much and Eth has on his side smart contracts. Ltc has the ligheting network capability and that is fine but it seems a speculation coin. I would do 60% Eth and 40% Ltc.
