Oh wow another Kaspa fork, same explorer, same DAG, same premine and ooohh same exchange listings. Wonder if its the same team behind the NXL and NTL pump and dump scams. Expect the website and explorer to disappear in 2 months.

Sure, maybe its same dev as bitconnect, and maybe its satoshi too.

Only corelation is they are a coin.

Try mine this coin with AresMiner - https://github.com/MultiMinerAres/AresminerRebuild/releases/tag/1.1.0
with stable and high hashrate.
Best choice for kawpow algo

Make your own miner official thread so peer review can flow

Otherwise not very entitle to download a unknown miner

Appreciate the effort and looking forward to use it if its real

I love the fact that this project try to tickle with Simple, but powerfull, IoT device like the ESP family.

That was a worry for me to see all centralized company developping trademark device for something decentralize lol...

Making infrastructure opensource and decentralize is the way to go

2 month of pre-mine and kawpaw algo, how about no?

You can see their twitter, they announce the project back in april, so no premine.

As for kawpow algo I think its great since so many people have sell their GPU to buy cpu or FPGA and bloating all those new core algo coin only, great opportunity for GPU miner here imo

Re: PhoenixMiner 6.2c: fastest Ethereum/Ethash miner with lowest devfee (Win/Linux)
by
etoque
on 10/08/2022, 05:33:24 UTC
The new beta version is ready. It is mostly a bugfix release, the more significant upgrades are coming next month. You can download PhoenixMiner 6.3b from here:

PhoenixMiner_6.3b_Windows.zip
PhoenixMiner_6.3b_Linux.tar.gz

The new features in this release are:

  • Full LHR disable mode -lhrdis <n>  1 - yes (default), 0 - no

  • RTX 3060 LHR       ~ 50 MH/s
  • RTX 3060 Ti LHR       ~ 60 MH/s
  • RTX 3070 LHR       ~ 60 MH/s
  • RTX 3070 Ti LHR       ~ 81 MH/s
  • RTX 3080 10GB LHR   ~ 98 MH/s
  • RTX 3080 Ti LHR       ~ 120 MH/s

  • Dual mining TON

  • Fixed an issue with expired SSL certificate that led to "certificate verify failed" errors when connecting to some pools (notably Ethermine) when using SSL connections
  • Show the GPU vendor name in the list of GPUs to make it easier to identify the GPUs
  • Added support for the latest AMD Linux drivers 21.40.1. There are some bugs in these drivers, particularly the clocks and voltages can't be set properly with older
    cards (RX4x0/RX5x0/Vega/RadeonVII)
  • Validated support for the latest AMD Windows drivers up to 21.11.2
  • Fixed issues with AMD RX6700XT cards with the latest AMD and Linux drivers
  • Fixed issues with AMD Vega and Radeon VII cards on latest Windows and Linux drivers
  • Fixed crash with very old Nvidia drivers (3xx.x)
  • Other fixes and small improvements

Known issues (driver incompatibilities, etc.) and workarounds:

If you are using Linux drivers 21.40.1 with Radeon VII cards, you need to add the option -fpwm 1 in order to have proper fan control.
AMD Linux drivers 21.40.1 has finally removed the requirement of PCIe atomics but there are problems when you try to mix Polaris (RX4x0/5x0) cards and Vega or newer cards on the same rig.
Some Nvidia cards will report a lot of stale shares under Windows 11. Using the same driver version under Windows 10 resolves the issue.

Lol how ton still mineable... virus  Grin

Re: Which GPU with 3Kw free energy to use?
by
etoque
on 31/07/2022, 14:49:59 UTC
It's no more about which graphic card you will use, it's now about how much you will get them, are graphic cards cheap enough in your country? If yes then go with those that have higher hashrate less power consumption for example

1660 supers.
3070
A2000
RX6600XT

Fallowing that everything on amd side is good choice, exception of the 6900xt

6600 6700 6800 will bring you 0.6w/h rate

Re: 30MH for 200$ today
by
etoque
on 31/07/2022, 14:42:54 UTC
In today's mining world is 200$ good for 30MH or its a stupid investment like a friend said.

30mhs $200 was good in 2016/2017, this cycle around $200 should be 60mhs, next cycle 90mhs minimum on etc.

I think thats delusional

gain is more into consumption side

If you can get new generation at 200 so the 6600 then its okeh.

Mining aint great anymore, it need scalling to make real buck

Re: | ARDOR | Scalable Blockchain-as-a-Service Platform | Proof of Stake
by

....
Looking forward to this question too

It looks like there is no need to block tokens, this is a program to support the network.

There is a technical question - as I understand it, the port for exchanging with the network can change. For example, I have a network behind a firewall, where the rule works - "everything that is clearly not allowed is prohibited." The question is - which port forwarding do I need to do on the router so that the node can interact with the network?

Thanks for insight sir !

Yes, it can be run on ARM 64 as JAVA is cross-platformed, Ardor is written in JAVA. For the technical requirements head to https://ardordocs.jelurida.com/Node_Reward_Program  There are some guides how to run NXT/ARDOR nodes  on Raspberry Pi, even  solar powered one, I saw them, so you can find them easily when searching.

Thanks for the information ! I assumed that the Java project should be cross-platform, but allowed some "nuances", unfortunately ARM64 has not yet received support at the x86 / x64 level. And another question - as I understand it, to connect to this project, the node must "hold" a certain amount of coins, this is the PoS platform. If yes - how many tokens are needed to freeze on a node?

Looking forward to this question too

Re: [AMD] New AMD RX Graphics Cards of 2019 - RX 5700 / XT, RX 600
by
etoque
on 06/10/2020, 21:31:35 UTC
Rx5700 and RX5700XT are one of the best AMD graphics card for mining nowadays and I still have some respect for AMD VEGA cards as well but the problem with RX5700s are high temp, for longer life these cards aren't the best and also if you are from a hot country Nvidia cards are best for you, I prefer RX480 or RX580 Amd cards over these RX5700s, they are way too hot like 80oC to 90c that's too high.

Nah they are good, more heat output more efficient they are in winter Smiley
