What is the need for having your own token on a communication platform?

Ripple is focused on getting into the banking scene but it's hard. They clearly have some connections since they go and promote themselves as a banking coin.

Usually, it's work, which I mainly do it after 10PM. Other times is going out or playing games until 5AM which I mostly regret when I go to sleep and the sun starts to rise 

As far as I know, these are some of the things that usually make me tired: lack of sleep, sleeping more than enough, not drinking water and staying in front of my PC for few hours straight.
