Thumbs up, this is indeed a real world problem known to anyone who was ever involved in e-commerce (either as marketer or publisher). Unlike many things that can in all honesty also work perfectly fine without being on a blockchain, this particular use case is a perfect example of how decentralization can increase the efficiency. It's been a while that I've been looking for a developer partner to venture into this, but guess you guys were faster at giving it a shot

I've invested in this ICO with high hopes, so given the relatively long roadmap let me know if it is possible to contribute in some other capacity (other than investing $$$ and the bounty).

Few more questions if you don't mind. As MilkCoin Est will be the counter-agent for dividend payments and token buybacks (and therefore our risk exposure would actually be with this entity), will the currency loan between MilkCoin Est and HSK be secured or unsecured? Under what law/jurisdiction will the loan contract be governed? What is or what will be the incorporation type and ownership structure of MilkCoin Est?

I approach XRP long term, because:

• The token is designed to be utterly stable in price, rather than a speculative asset
• Banks like the settlement technology but are (still) reluctant to use XRP to facilitate money transfers
• Banks interested in buying XRP are not doing it on exchanges but directly from Ripple

Therefore my assumption is that any eventual significant rise in the value of XRP, unless out of pure speculation, will most likely not be exponential (as Ripple wants it to be stable) and will probably not happen any time soon (until banks feel comfortable to actually start settling XRP).

Always good to see an offline business looking to raise funds with an ICO. It would be useful to understand:

• Why was the project financing rejected by the bank in 2016? How many banks were approached for financing?
• When will an English version of ICO terms and the whitepaper become available?

I'm using the following rule of thumb:

• If I like the concept and wanna "see what happens", typically 0,5 to 1 ETH
• For projects with good team, product and user base generally 2,5 to 5 ETH
• For projects I'm really bullish about (niches that I know), 5 ETH and above

These are my figures, but I know friends using the same proportion within their own budgets (some higher, some lower than mine). But in any case as new ICOs are popping up on a daily basis, its super important to stay cautious and do some research before funding the ICO. Try to diversify your investment across multiple projects and be prepared that you might suffer a heavy blow.
