Re: Russia's approval of BTC
by
evader11
on 25/04/2023, 22:32:42 UTC
The idea is that if they do this, then they could make sure that they sell that bitcoin for ruble and gather all the ruble all around the world. Not just inside their nation, but get bitcoin from others, and this would earn them a ton of bitcoin, then sell it and get dollars, or euros, and then they could sell those and get ruble.

What this does is put a lot more dollars into the world since they are selling it, and taking more ruble out of the circulation because they are buying it. As we can see, that would work. However, they are already doing fine to be fair and I do not think that they would need something like that at this point.

With decentralized exchanges and P2P trading platforms, it may be possible to trade BTC for Ruble or vice versa even with economic sanctions in play. But Russia still has some allies willing to purchase its petroleum and natural gas reserves, so legalizing Bitcoin would not be a priority right now. Even if Bitcoin never gets the approval of Russia, government officials can still use it "behind the scenes". It's a decentralized and open source cryptocurrency after all.

Adoption for BTC is growing worldwide, so it should only be a matter of time before "hyperbitcoinization" becomes a reality. Just my opinion Smiley
like China, India, they are allies of Russia who are willing to buy oil and gas from Russia, so the sanctions imposed on Russia do not seem to be a significant obstacle, on the other hand Russia sends vaccines to North Korea which means that they also have good relations, So in this case Russia is not alone, especially for western countries, oil and gas from Russia are the dominant supply for them, so that by imposing sanctions, they will certainly find themselves in trouble.
True, Russia has close economic relationships with nations like China and India, and these ties can lessen the effects of sanctions. Additionally, Russia has considerable negotiating power in the face of impending sanctions thanks to its capacity to export gas and oil to Western nations.

Re: The impact of Russian and Ukrain war on world economy
by

on 25/04/2023, 21:58:23 UTC
The world economy is getting royally screwed by the war between Russia and Ukraine. We got a major oil supply shortage going on, and that's causing prices to skyrocket. It's an awful situation that needs an immediate and robust response from the global community. The only problem? Nobody wants to play nice these days. Every country is busy looking out for numero uno, and cooperation is a thing of the past. To make things worse, some countries are making the war even worse to meet their strategic goals. We gotta hold those bozos accountable for their actions. We need to rally the international community to take swift and decisive action against war-crazed countries. We gotta rethink our economic policies and start focusing on sustainable growth and development. If we don't step up now, we'll be dooming the world economy, and future generations will be stuck with our mess.

Global trade that was still recovering from pandemic. Food prices have soared, since Russia and Ukraine are major suppliers of wheat and sunflower oil, and Russia is the world's top fertilizer producer. Between this two country's war other European countries is facing such and such problems for millions of people less directly affected, the sudden shattering of Europe's peace has brought uncertainty and anxiety. Shocked
It is undeniable that the continuous hostilities between Russia and Ukraine have had a major effect on trade, notably on the availability and costs of certain goods like wheat, sunflower oil, and fertilizers. These products are mostly produced and exported by Russia and Ukraine, whose conflict has disrupted supply chains and raised prices and shortages.

Re: Living ones life on assumption and promises

-snip-
Similar stuff happened to me when I spend my finance school fee believing my salary will be paid in two days time but was shocked after the salary was prosponed due to some reasons. The school fee was needed urgently and this put me into serious issues but thanks to my friends who bailed me out. This same issue has happened to us once or twice in our journey of life.

-snip-
It's better for one to learn how to  plan on money at hand and not on promises and assumption.
So are you going to prohibit employees from renting a house, subscribing to electricity and water while they only rely on their monthly salary which sometimes fails to be paid or is fired. Any solution for this?

You give examples of cases with different conditions and possibilities.

Gambling winnings are clearly an unreliable source of finance for whatever reason. But salary is a different matter because it is even guaranteed by law, although in practice some experience time delays.
Obviously there is a big difference between the salary from a job and the profits from gambling,
what you say is true the profit from gambling results is clearly unreliable,
believe in gambling then someone will get stuck in other problems.
A job wage is often a steady and dependable source of revenue gained by completing a service or task for an employer. The quantity of the wage is usually determined by criteria such as the worker's skills and experience, the job's demand, and the company's financial resources.

Re: Going to war means let's ulter the economic progression
by

on 24/04/2023, 17:10:59 UTC
I hope that the two countries, Russia vs. Ukraine, will soon end their conflict for world conditions that continue to improve today and for future generations.
almost all countries have felt the effects of the war between the two countries which caused many industries not to operate because they were vulnerable to poor security conditions, so that many people did not work and did not earn money. I think the longer the war lasts, the more difficult it is for the world economy to develop.
Prolonged hostilities between countries can harm not just the two countries immediately involved, but also the global economy and the well-being of individuals all across the world. War's economic consequences can be far-reaching. Industries may suffer as a result of supply chain interruptions, trade restrictions, destroyed infrastructure, and decreased investor confidence. Poor security conditions, as you indicated, can also prevent individuals from working and earning a living, leading to economic instability and poverty. Furthermore, resources that could have been used for economic development and social welfare may be redirected instead to military spending and post-war reconstruction.

Re: marry rich: marry fiat rich or crypto rich, which is better?
by

on 24/04/2023, 16:28:24 UTC
OP has a funny point of view with boredom, it's funny to bring marital love with material criteria. Perhaps people in this sense should re-examine themselves with what they are missing, without having and then searching for it until satisfied, there are other problems following.
The problem of the thought OP makes me laugh when I try to imagine that when I get married, I will see if that person has property or not Smiley . And honestly I wouldn't get married for that. There are so many problems in this life connected by very contradictory connections, I wonder if they have enough time to realize that they are actually wasting their time on such things, forever. look at material things or fame.

I don't think that's funny, and that's what's happening in our society today. If you are a handsome guy but you don't have a job with a high income, your family is not rich, and you are a poor guy. I'm pretty sure no girl will date you, let alone marry you. This may sound harsh, but it is true, and it is happening worldwide, there is no such thing as coming together and living together with love without money. The legend of love without money has ceased to exist today. You should be realistic and adapt to that.
I believe you have a viewpoint on relationships and the significance of financial stability in current society. Financial stability is a characteristic that some people consider when choosing a partner because it affects many elements of life, including living standards, future planning, and security. It is crucial to emphasize, however, that not everyone favors financial position over everything else in a relationship.

Re: Bitcoin Bear Market
by

on 24/04/2023, 16:02:01 UTC
The bear market is something that makes people rich or lost of funds, if you're not patient type, and as a cryptocurrency trader's or investors have to work on your emotion, and don't let the market movements control your emotion of selling off during the bear market, but rather see it as an opportunity to feel up your bag's by buying more Bitcoin.
As a cryptocurrency trader or investor, you should be aware that market swings, including bear markets, are a natural part of the investment environment. Bear markets are characterized by falling prices and market pessimism, and they can result in losses for individuals who panic and sell out of fear.Bear markets, on the other hand, might give chances for individuals who are patient and strategic in their approach.

Re: Try to save money while you still can, will you ?
by
evader11
on 23/04/2023, 11:54:23 UTC
Is always good to save money while you can, even if your salary is not much, saving a little from it is very important, should incase of emergency, because the need can arise any moment, for instance during the global Pendamic there was lack of money and Economy was down, so many people suffered to feed due to inability to save while they can.
Well, if our economic conditions allow us to save, then we really have to try to save regularly, even if it's only in small amounts. But for those who only have a mediocre income, it might not be easy to do. unless they can be more frugal in extremes. so they'll have some spare cash they can save. but it is not easy for some people. and even the attitude of saving is also difficult to make a habit if we are already used to living in luxury or like to go wild. it takes a strong desire for us to leave the habit of living in debauchery.
You are correct that saving regularly can be tough for persons on a fixed income. It may be necessary for them to be more careful of their spending patterns and make some sacrifices in order to free up income for saving. However, it's vital to remember that even tiny sums saved on a daily basis can add up over time and establish a healthy financial cushion.

Re: Today is the story of my investment in Bitcoin
by
evader11
on 23/04/2023, 11:18:10 UTC
I support your decision, OP, if you don't take risks, there can be no success, success requires trade-offs. Many people said you were too risky but now you are profitable, that proves them wrong. If it were me, I would also borrow money to invest because I believe in bitcoin and believe in my abilities.
Taking risks is necessary for success, but it is also necessary to be aware of the dangers involved and make informed judgments. While it is true that success necessitates trade-offs, it is also critical to weigh the risks and rewards before making any financial decisions. Believing in oneself and the success of one's investment blindly might result in big losses.

I don't invest money easily in any asset because of fear of losing that money. i think of investing 80% of total savings.
do taking risk is important or not?

please quote all question and answer it's very helpful for me and others.
See I think you should probably invest all of your savings it's just that you should make an adequate split into the correct investment. Go with very safe investments for the 30-40% of your money so that there is absolutely zero risk on that money or a very minimal risk.
Investing can be a terrific way to build your funds over time, but keep in mind that all investments involve some level of risk. Diversification, or spreading your investments across several asset classes and industries, is an important risk-management approach.

You make a valid point in stating that it is not normal or fair for someone to feel compelled or accountable for the actions of their friends when it comes to investing in bitcoin or making any other financial decision. Individuals must conduct their own research and make informed selections before investing any money.

It is also vital to highlight that investing in bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency is dangerous, and individuals must realize and accept the potential losses and volatility that may accompany it.

Re: Why do you want bitcoin to stay?
by

on 21/04/2023, 15:13:46 UTC
No government is going to ask its citizens for their opinion on BTC. If they want to, they can ban all crypto, just like in China.
While governments do have the authority to prohibit the use of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, it is crucial to remember that the extent of official intervention and regulation around Bitcoin differs widely around the world. Some countries have embraced cryptocurrencies and even attempted to integrate them into their financial systems, but others have taken a more hostile stance.
