I read on the site that residents of America are not allowed to participate in ICO. Is it discrimination, or simply do not want to complicate everything from a legal point of view?
they must hate americans. but haha what, it's not an ICO.

underestimated coin imo happy to have mined some recently.
come join our Discord, there's some recent developments coming about!
I right understand, you don't do ICO and sell all your tokens on exchange? In this case, I am not sure that this token may cost 5x or more in the future.
Was this amount already sold or are they holding this amount to sell later?

Been following this project from when it was 1sat and all I can say is the progress has been more impressive than I ever expected. CMC listing is great, gaurantees this coin to persist to the future. Price is still undervalued but that was never a problem, the coins here for innovation the value is the sole concern of investors. Devs concern themselves with development and Stellite is going strong 🐕
Already been holding precious XTL and now as Im a lot more busy and dont have the time to actively trade crypto, so bought some more as I see this as my best possible long term investment. Devs and the entire community have been one of the best among emerging coins and this isnt an ICO
jesus...cryptoknight.cc is currently finding about 15 blocks a minute...that's a rate of over 400 million coins per day...hope this thing gets sorted out soon or some idiot is going to end up w/ 90% stake in a worthless coin
Yes, it reached more than 30 MH for a while to take a large amount of coins while the network hash is only less than 3 MH. It is really very bad. It can make this coin getting to 1 sat, but no one wants to buy.
Even if this happened for a short time window it destroys the value of a coin so hard. That dude could dump loads and make every single buy order disappear.
Yes. That is exactly why they decided to do an emergency hard-fork with a better difficulty algorithm. Now everything works perfectly!
Ok but was a major part of the total supply still mined during the early phase due to the difficulty adjustment problems or not?
The difficulty was not exploited until a few days prefork.

Can we only vote once on this site or can we do it every 24hrs as well?
I believe only once, but it's really important we all vote here and even leave a comment if you have the time because this is a really promising exchange and we're already second in coin requests! Let's get another exchange and we're sure to see more growth, this coin is only getting started

Re: [ANN][POW][XTL] 👾Stellite👾 - decentralized node list via IPFS & ZeroNet
Monero is hard forking on March 14th. It's changing POW algorithm to prevent ASIC miners and to remove mass botnets. They want to see if the community wants to follow in that direction as well.
Is that the XMR fork that is called MoneroV? Or is that a different story? I only heard that many are buying XMR now to receive a new coin when the fork happens.
Yea it's the moneroV fork. I don't think they necessarily want to change the algorithm anytime soon. I think they just want to know what the community would like if some sort of ASIC was released for CryptoNight.
Wasn't changing the algorithm the whole essence of making a fork? I am not too deeply into this but that's what I thought all the time.
I believe it's just a scheduled hard fork, but they decided to add the new algorithm along with it.
Once the mining situation stabilizes it will be sure to drive the price up. But it's not possible for one to obtain a majority of the coins, the nicehash power is an advantage but not an exploit.

Re: [ANN][POW][XTL] 👾Stellite👾 - decentralized node list via IPFS & ZeroNet
well, I am bummed. for a small time miner like myself..it doesn't make sense for me to send hash this coins way when there is 10 mega hash on the network, but when you look at the pools, there is maybe 1 MH... will need to mine elsewhere ... sucks to because I am a fan of the coin
Just wait until the hard-fork which will be triggered around Monday. It will make mining fairer and the developers are saying will make it less profitable for NiceHash people.
It's high time it's done. will wait.
What do you mean by high time?

The new wiki is so good!! We're at 100 votes which means halfway to being listed so vote for STL at https://acc.vicex.io. You can vote daily.

Brilliant this coin is here to stay and the price is heading back down i will be grabbing a few million more
Yep, now that it's back at 4sat it seems good to stock some more
Wallet is staking nicely. How much is the masternode collateral.
10,000.0 CIV for a Masternode, just in case anyone is wondering.
So the coin is $5 on TradeOgre, does that mean those who put up masternodes now have $50,000 each to dump? Thread has a lot of missing info, what does that mean we have accidentally enabled Zerocoin? Yes, the community was made before the launch of the coin. But it seems that the whole community was focused only on the launch of this coin.
I dont see any innovation, but only the desire to baselessly pump this coin and cash out. Just my 2 cents.

picked up 30k at tradeogre that other exchange discriminates against Americans so i cannot support it.
They don't discriminate, it's America that passes stupid laws and sues the fuck out of everybody and as a result, they can't officially allow US customers. Use a VPN.

Re: [ANN][POW][STL] 👾Stellite👾 - decentralized node list via IPFS & ZeroNet
Stellite is a good coin for mining today, but unfortunately I don't have good computing power that enforces ROI, the cost of electricity in my country is extremely high! Are these 3 exchanges today reliable? Is anyone able to buy into them without having problems? Are there chances of altcoin.io listing STL?
I've never had a problem with CREX, others have been using TradeOgre successfully. More exchanges should come soon with the current growth, and https://bisq.network will list STL once its main network updates (STL already in BISQ github, it's a decentralized exchange).
