Ну сейчас после БУМа конца 2017 начало этого года, ICO переживает не большой кризис, а как известно кризис это точка для будущего роста. Скорее всего ICo видоизменится, но думаю пока есть крипта будет и ICO.

В 2018 году ICO-проекты привлекли $9,29 млрд, что уже более чем в два раза превышает совокупные сборы за прошлый год. Соответствующие данные размещены на трекере CoinSchedule.
Кризис с точки зрения того, что многие качественные исо толком ничего не собирают, из за засилия скамом.
Если вы имеете ввиду государство в роли регулятора, тогда нет, иначе смысл децентрализации теряется полностью. Регулятором тут должны выступить мы сами. Я считаю что каждое ICO которое публикуется на этом форуме должно проходить отбор с предоставлением документов дев. Запретить делать анонсы и проводить Баунти юзерам с рангом ниже чем фулмембер, а лучше ещё выше. Если проект оказался скамом банить Баунти менеджера пожизненно и дев соответственно тоже. И тд, вот и будет вам регулятор. В конце концов создать комиссию из стариков криптоиндустрии для проведения защиты проектов ико перед публикацией
Я думаю, что регулятором должна быть машина. Робот не имеющий предвзятости. И я думаю, что нужно уже принимать решения на глобальном уровне, так как всё перепуталось и все зависят друг от друга. Ура!! Наконец то стали сбываться мои мечты)) Ну что начнут постепенно вводить КУС. Амазиксы сделали первый шаг в этом направлении. Молодцы что ввели обязательный КУС.

Да ладно вам, если амазиксы смогут настроить получение и хранение данных киса, без передачи третьим лицам, тогда все будет отлично. С такими условиями я согласен на кис.
Отношусь к подобным сервисам как к наебалову. Тожесамое что и ICO рейтинги, агрегаторы трафика обычные. По таким проходам можно быстро стечь вниз..
По мне так это таблицы для совсем ленивых, нежелающих думать людей. А потом им под видом топа впихивают откровенный шлак, а они кушают, потому что привыкли к тому, что думать не надо.
С автором можно отчасти согласиться, но покупать какой-то конкретный токен я бы не стал, скорее бы призывал всех не забывать про свои монеты, особенно тех, кто участвует в большом количестве аирдропов и баунти кампаний, как вариант завести документ или просто выписывать все на листочек, и, к примеру, пару раз в месяц смотреть на цены по списку.
Уследить бы за тем, что валяется в закромах после аирдропов и некоторых баунти. А то иногда бывает эти пампы, а ты их прощелкал.

The last increase? this you can call an increase? everyone was waiting for a normal price increase, but in this range the market has been around for a long time, so that you can not call it an increase
