Those were false starts, they didn't show up in the game.
It looks like the attack was successful, thus this is the problem with going based on confirmed order. Players can double spend if they don't get confirmed in the first block, thus we end up with a single block Ponzi.

why are the payments in the "wrong" order. other than shown in your own list:

There are 2 missing payments, the deposits are only marked with "confirmed" instead of "paid out" and they are really not paid.

There is something with script. It shows transactions in wrong order on the site sometimes. But payments still correct according to blockchain timestamp.

How this can be valid?
Look closely at:
1. Number and amount of transactions.
2. Timestamp at blockchain.
3. Received and paid transactions at blockchain.
There is not much deposits at day#7. That big 1.499 BTC deposit was at 01:00:01, and according to small number of transactions it was a bit late.
Also, script didn't take that 1,5 btc deposit from 1Ce3B56MJfWP73676ZSfsTRVNeVfq5tmhD into consideration because it was too early.

Yesterday was everything like "paid, paid" from the first to last, but today is total disorder and 'Pending confirm', nevertheless they have more than 50 confirms on Blockchain.

Basically, every day volume of 24ponzi will be less and less because of few factors:
a) Bots, that starting round in first 0-1 seconds
b) Decreasing amount of investors that quit because of money loss
c) Decreasing amount of people that quit because they think that the game is unfair (59:59 payouts, double spend, wrong addresses order, etc.)
Less volume - more risky game. In fact few next rounds we will see only bots vs bots competition.
But op can save the situation making for example some king of reward for last 3 deposits like it was in weekly one, etc. People need to be interested in participation, not only bots/smart asses.
