I have a great suggestion for the developers.
They should run a Paid to Post forum where users get paid every week, and they can set the minimum amount to request. This will make sure that number of transactions don't cross their limits.
They can distribute the coins on per post basis. They should create such a forum where each kind of members get different sum. (1 mrai per post for junior and 2 for senior). They can run some contest too.
Manual verification of posts is possible by providing incentives to moderators

I think it will be a great addition to further the development and the longevity of the coin like this forum, but then it will be another headache for the developers since they would have another task to do and maintenance is not easy I guess. But since the community is large, promoting the site will be a breeze.

I think there won't be many issues. There are very experienced people in forum related fields etc so, if they offer the nice incentive to moderators, then it won't be an issue at all.

I was waiting patiently from yesterday, giving Peter extra time to process payments comfortably. One of my friend who registered after hearing the word from my mouth informed me that he received 75 ATS.
As I said before, it is IMPOSSIBLE to have duplicate accounts from my IP for ANY reason. I hold static IP and I can assure anyone that there was just a single account from that IP. I'm not desperate enough to complain about $10 worth of tokens (and oh, that's just recommended price, these 75 tokens may be complete shit)
The last transaction happened 10 hours ago for 75 Tokens.

My IP is static and I hold it from last 6+ months already. I have just 75 ATS, means, single registration for sure. If I don't get paid, then it would mean that they are just hiding behind this 3 IPs rule.
I will not judge anything yet, I checked my ERC-20 wallet and it says "0" in ATS balance.

Peter , Pay to All of them and make them Happy. Those who have too many sign up from same IP. Ban them. Pay to honest one's 
UPDATE: we will pay everyone IF there are no more than 3 registrations from the same IP. This will eliminate more people but should stop all those fake ones.

and I noticed that it doesn't exist. My form was successful and I had 75 ATS only (but something is better than nothing)

Yes that is correct. The form will be available for 45 days, as some people mentioned they are on vacation, or have some other issues that might prevent them from claiming their earned tokens for a weeks or tw, so wanted to make sure nobody loses them because of this.
Every 2-3 days we'll batch process and the requests we receive for withdrawal.

I just pray that these bounty dumpers don't take the market down by selling ATS for cheap, because ATS deserve more!
bounty rewards is just 1% of the total supply. So i think bounty dumpers cannot affect the price that much..
