From my understanding OP is just creating an OS like a distro that has a preinstalled softwares to manage gpu cpu mining so i cannot get what u mean.
if i had 10k and 2 cent power i would order a s19 direct from bitmain for 7k. they have them on sale now.
i would hold the 3k hoping that i may get a cheaper unit in three or four months. but i would be mining in under two weeks with the s19 i buy for the 7 k.
that unit will burn 80 kwatts a day in your case $1.60 a day.
