yes, for the moment Im using three 6790s on this rig but i will connect one 6870x2 and four 6790s on this motherboard and PSU once I get extenders for PCIEx1 slots
i get performance loss when i use pcie2 4x
i am sure you will have performance loss on 1 x

but it doesnt hurt to try. tell me if it works okay?

I thought pci speed did not matter for bitcoin.... that you could use a 1x and it would be the same.. ?

Is there a good explanation of how Proof of stake works?  I read the wiki entry and am still confused.

It's too volatile to be a legitmate currency.

The people behind bitcoin needs to tie it's value to the dollar if they ever want it to take off. One coin gets you one dollar, simple.

Lol

Maybe you can come out with lm2fcoin, and back the coins with your own money.

Whats causing this crash? Mt. gox isnt getting another ddos attack and people aren't really panicking. So are people just taking profits or are they really buying LTC?

I think once too many people sell, everyone FREAKS OUT and sells

Most of us would not be daytrading with out "REAL money" but it's so fun to do with "coins" we think we can play market just like the wall street guys Smiley

So I bought something from someone and sent them bitcoins. They didn't send me the product I bought. I know their bitcoin wallet address and can see the activity on the address. Is there a way to report or find out who they are? Thanks.

Where did you meet this person? what's his fourm name

This question may be irrelevant but i figured i would ask anyways.

The have an old physx card laying around from before physx was integrated within the newer graphics cards. I was wondering if anyone has tried to use one of these in a mining machine and if they have how exactly did they get it to work.

nobody has written a miner for physx and probably never will, sorry!

namecoins has no GUI you have to learn to use namecoind.exe on the command line which is tricky
