Yeah,
Basically it will take 14+14+14 days to stop being a newbie, since time="two weeks" and after two weeks you will only have 28 points..
And in that time you would have to create at least 30 posts. However you could create those posts anytime after the three weeks.
But why would anyone be in a hurry
