I dont know what you are doing or what your problem is! but fabietech ( thats me ) is not a Allias like you know offcource because wel talked allot of times on skype.

Sorry for the late responds but Paul and Myself are abroad and the internet is very poor here!!
Problems with wallet/exchanges
We checked the new wallet and for now it looks like all the problems where exchanges and not UTC.
We tested mintpal, cryptsy ( dont send big amounts yet ) and wallet to wallet etc... everything fine
Blockexplorer
We are busy with the blockexplorer and hopefully the Mysql error message will be gone soon
Multipool
We think there are meby problems with the multipool so please switch to the normal pools ( PLEASE watch that the Hash is spread nicely )
We cant reach Hayden ( multipool dev ) and Thiago ( normaal pool DEV ) is also on it!!! so lets hope that he isnt M.I.A
Overall
We are busy on the background with the minecraft plugin and getting information for the best way the new wallet will be coded!

I'm skeptical but intrigued at the same time. Interesting times 
I dont understand why some are skeptical or think it would be the end.
Oke some have pointed us at some good arguments but others are only shouting without giving any good reasons. I dont think we can wait longer time to do something big for UTC. The asic resistant thing is a very attractive point, it is a pity to lose that, but nobody knows for shore when the asics are really being shipped and nobody knows for shore the miners will put their gpus on UTC for mining when the asics are finely there.
So tell me please, can you explain why UTC needs to stay like this? Do you think if UTC stays like this it will get more demand by itself in short time? even with the fact that every day new coins are floating the market? I dont think it works like that anymore.
And please can you tell me what other specific features or things UTC can develop or start, other than start minecraft en get more web shops accepting the coin? I dont think there are many other super-duper features possible anymore.
So agree with some others here. I guess there are not many other real options. Going full pos is not a bad thing for UTC. Together with mincraft and getting more web shops accepting the coin it can still be a big success.
And about the miners, they can mine at the UTC multipool x11 coins as they are doing now.

We are continuing with the minecraft and the acceptence of webshops only the market wont be floated with UTC everyday!!
If ( our ) asics will come we have allot of them and will put this also on the multipool to benefit UTC.

we as a community just focus on the positive side for a better and stronger Ultracoin.
The Full POS is a well-considered decision that is consulted with many experts in the cryptoworld
We have also heard now some good and well respected opinions from you community members.
As we said in the announcement, we are now at an advanced stage of testing Full POSS.
If there will be any problems like issues with the transaction speed or other well-documented questions that are posted this 24Hours we will take this in consideration.
But for now all ideas and services are now developed rapidly with the launch of:
- Minecraft plugin
- Acceptance of webshops
We ask the community to help us and to spread the word positive on all platforms as cryptsy, facebook, twitter, reddit, etc.

Hey guys, btcpipeshop.com just started accepting Ultracoin for a month trial, browse their selections and see if their is anything you would like to purchase using Ultracoin! Looks like the pipes could make a great gift, remember, merchants will keep supporting Ultracoin as long as we promote them.
I am going to suggest we change the way we interact with vendors from now on (it is much more effective if we write something personal instead of copy and paste). This could be from a single sentence to a few paragraphs, it is completely up to you! I will be updating the list tonight for the contact information of the next wave of businesses we will contact! Except this time we will have to get more creative! No more copy and paste, just a sentence or ten.

it actually does download and saves a chrome extension file - just change the file extension back to .zip - and alls good

just wanted to let you know that chrome doesn't let me download your new wallet because of malware suspicion.

In Chrome you can go to settings --> Advanced --> Protection phishing / malware then uncheck the box for the download

I think when UTC was with Bumface the coin was doing better, changing management hands has not made any difference but all the contrary, the value has gone down! This needs urgent work and good marketing and proyect. Changes hands will not do anything if you dont have more than buying games like most coins do, you have to make the difference
actually the price went up 50% when they took over.thse guys are very good, but nobody is a miracle worker, the price does not go x100 in a week.
We are still in the middle of transfering full management to them,managing a coin is alot of work and its not easy,please be patient and give them time to adjust
mostly because shadowuk tried a pump and failed and ofc the little buys from the multipool
We need to be realistics, fakes pump does not help!
Every week are coming more and more coins, new feauture, new ideas, videos....what I am saying you need to make something BIG if not this coin will die eventually, Act now or die tomorrow

You can split your hashrate 50/50 and what you get mining directly UTC will be bought by coins mined at multipool so you gain twice,...
I did, but more like 80/20.

We went from 260 Mhs to 760 Mhs last night there will be more rigs coming in this evening to bring UTC some buying power!!!

Paulr1 and myself have indeed a large number of rigs! putting them on the multipools now for the first step in our process what we will announce later.
Next to that we know a lot of other investor / miners that are helping out now because we will take over!

Interestingly their is also a wall on the buy side of 49,000. Maybe some whales are getting interested?

I am happy to share some new and positive news about the future Management of UTC.
Today I have completed my 3rd negotiations meeting with a team of Dutch investors who believe and plan to invest in the future of UTC by re-starting several developments.
I see this as a very fruitful and welcome opportunity for UTC and I believe it will give a positive boost for the long term.
The new team of investors have my full approval,and we are discussing transfering the management of Ultracoin to them,and this also entails passing along full control in desicion making to this team.
Off course I will stay in the new team as a Strategic Partner and as member of the Dev Team i will lead several (new) developments,such as the minecraft plugin.
At this upcoming days we're working hard to give further shape and to develop the plans for the best future of UTC.
The new investors have the financial backing and marketing skills in order to make Ultracoin a success in the long term.
We will provide you the upcoming period with several updates about the progress and plans of the new management team.
I ask all UTC'ers to have a little patience before we can tell the plans in detail. This wil take about two weeks.
