Do you always missed the right time to sell or buy bitcoin?
Back in some days,i was trading on forex with regular currencies,and on the start,when i was learning i usually did miss the good price's.I did actually the same with trading bitcoin when i was starting,and it was happening usually but when i got some knowledge,i had no problems with it.
Hello I am newbie and I would like to know how to deal with trading bitcoin and altcoin
Small tip for ya- altcoin prices, especially ones with low volume, will and can change on you at any point, whether for good or for the worse. You can make quite a lot on these or lose a lot, so make sure to diversify trading to more than one pair. Crypto trading is difficult stuff to learn- you can find plenty of resources online and even on this forum pertaining to the subject. Make sure to use multiple sites checking BTC price, as some sites have much lower volume than others and are sometimes unreliable.

First welcome to the forum, you can find many tutorials and tips in google or here kindly search it and you will find what will you need, also if you want to know the current price of bitcoin you can go here; www.preev.com the bitcoin price there is updated every second I think (or you can see bitcoin chart here https://bitcoincharts.com/charts/)I am new in cryptocurrency's trading so I would like to know from where and how I can know where it is going prices (down or up) and can I read charts

By simply looking at the price levels in your trading platform, yes when you are enter an altcoin exchnage, usually you can see the price levels and how much change occurred in percentage. Charts are most common now a days with every exchange.

Are you asking the sites for speculation of bitcoin price? as it goes up and down? what you are asking is such a basic question which needs you to learn basics of trading. and it is not possible to fit in in a comment here.
for that there are countless resources online and offline (books,...) which you can read. you can use google to find them.
example: investopedia.com
also you can read the speculations boards, and trading discussion for some additional information.
