Re: Passive Income Sources
by
familiaverde
on 20/09/2021, 14:41:52 UTC
On the average, millionaires have 7 sources of passive income. Share your streams of passive income as this may help a reader build more wealth.
I think passive income is an over-hyped thing, people think that passive income is generated just by laying on the couch and watching Netflix but this is not the case. You have to work hard to even generate a passive income source, the way it works is that you first have to learn a skill, even if it's stock fundamental analysis or some real estate, then you invest your money and time into that for a few months or years and after sometime it becomes  a passive income source because you don't have to look upto it everyday, but still you will have to tweak a lot of things here and there in passive income sources also. While this generation is taught that passive income is just that you throw your money somewhere and it generates income while you watch your favorite web series.

Re: What if this pandemic persists till the end of the year?
by
familiaverde
on 30/06/2020, 05:41:59 UTC
It's almost 6 months since the coronavirus took its toll on every aspect of human lives. it has been accompanied by widescale job loss, a rise in the unemployment rate, a reduced standard of living, and intense hardship. From the economic perspective, what will be the fate of the global economic situation and normal day to day business if this pandemic doesn't go away by the end of this year?
I think it is going to stay until the end of the year no matter what people say. Even if we get the vaccine it's distribution to all parts of the world is still going to take a whole lot of time so it will definitely stay. But I think there won't be lockdowns anymore. People will now become much more habitual and they will now take this as any other normal disease. Also it has been proven that fatality rate is pretty low this has made people much more reluctant. Economically I think horrific would be the impact of the lockdown that we have already had. That would be pretty dangerous as we have already got a lot of problems like unemployment etc. to deal with.

Re: Now BTC Price will drop or up?
by

BTC/USD Technical Analysis

Over the past week, the BTC Price has been stabilizing between 9.5K-9K. If it breaks 9.5K then it can retest 9.8K-10K. Both 9.2K and 8.5K are the Important Level.9.2K, BTC will be dumped at 8.5K if that break. 8.5K is the key level which can take correction to BTC 7.6K - 6.2K if broken
I don't really know about the technicals.  But I feel fundamentally this is the right time for Bitcoin to pickup speed and reach some good 15K levels. I mean A complete lockdown of Economy. and Yet Economy is standing pretty much intact. Once people realize that crash is incoming they will immediately take money out of the markets and the alternative best source of investment would be bullion but gold already has risen so much in past few days that buying it at this price today is not at all lucrative so remaining bet is cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin. Moreover we are yet to see the halving impact on Bitcoin price. So i pretty much feel that fundamentally bitcoin is going up for sure.

Re: A lot of Americans still don't know what Bitcoin is

I had two clients from America I want offer graphics designing jobs for, I demanded my payment would be in BitcoinBTC or Ethereum. To my greatest dismay, they were dumfounded on what Bitcoin or Ethereum is. I am still suprised up to this very moment. Cheesy Roll Eyes
I think it's pretty common among folks who don't have a touch with Technology. Moreover thing is the number of people knowing BTC in states would be much higher than that of other countries which are developing so you can easily realize how less number of people know about cryptos. But this is for any other Technological Concept. Some girls I know don't even know what a RAM is and why should they look for higher RAM while buying a Mobile Phone or any other gadget. Cryptos similarly is a technological invention and not financial.

Your clients does not represent the whole America so how come that you conclude about this by just your clients does not know about Bitcoin or ethereum?

But i think there are many americans already Knew about Bitcoin but of course like the whole world there are smaller amount compared to those who have ideas.

But lets see couple years from now,Maybe your client will already have idea what this is and how convenient using crypto as payment.
The sample space might be low as per the OP but if you look at various surveys conducted by many different websites you would realize that most of the people don't know about it. I would be quite astonished if even 50% of the folks in the state know about Bitcoin.

Current market is a bit still volatile. Until bitcoin settles at a price and then the established altcoins may follow the suit.

Yes. In order to see altcoin market blossoming once again, Bitcoin has to hold position. Once BTC rose by like 20-30% and then hold a position and start moving sideaways, we will see alts returning in green zone again.

Re: [XRP] Ripple Speculation
by
familiaverde
on 16/10/2019, 10:02:46 UTC
In reference to above discussions, from a newcomer point of view, and this was me 2 years ago.

Ripple has nothing to do with XRP = false or rather,,, inaccurate.
Ripple success has nothing to do with XRP price = slightly true but if Ripple does very very well, exposure to XRP is good so price has positive effect.
Ripple does not affect XRP price = yet to be determined.

Although XRP has minimum utility in operations of Ripple Foundation but still brand name shapes the price and market of XRP, we can't deny that Ripple has no effect on XRP's price. Whenever any positive new come from Ripple Foundation, it surely act as price pumping for XRP.

We are all waiting for almost two years for the next movements, but the only thing that we all have seen was another fall. I hardly doubt that within the next three months the bullish trend will come, because there are no exciting events planned.

The good thing about trend reversal in crypto market is that it is impossible to predict when it happens. We have seen dozen times in past that coin is falling for 2-3 years and then suddenly start getting increase in value and in no time, it comes in bullish trend and gain 2-3x. So better to hold coins now as they are cheap and wait for moon to come.

Re: NON-ICO Altcoins
by
familiaverde
on 16/10/2019, 09:56:59 UTC
Hello. I would like to start investing in altcoins besides bitcoin again. My biggest criterion for the token is that its not an ICO project. Never had any great return from it.
So are there any new non ICO projects with some potential being traded on stable exchanges? Thanks

What actual distribution model do you suggest for non-ICO coin? Conducting an ICO ensures that coin has some market value since investors paid real money to acquire them but what about non-ICO coins? It is not possible to build value of a coin without really selling them.

Re: Bitcoin Halving and price History Analysis on Chart
by
familiaverde
on 16/10/2019, 09:53:43 UTC
So basically you are saying we should just buy Bitcoin immediately after halving and then we should hold it until a few years because as far as I can see it takes a few months after the halving for pump to begin.

I think he meant to say bitcoin is not dead as many claim it to be. With every halving comes new prospect. It adds to the potential of Bitcoin's price. So as we are moving to 2020 and halving is coming closer, we can even hope for $40-50K coming soon.

Re: short term or long term investing
by
familiaverde
on 16/10/2019, 09:50:24 UTC
if your story is true, I think you have a good strategy by making short-term investments. but not all coins can generate thousands of dollars in a short time (yes ... it all depends on how smart your skills are & also the initial capital) but my advice is better to take both options in both short-term investments and also long-term investments.

Right, combination of both is required to succeed in the market. Trading is not linear process, it is multi-dimensional and requires different trading strategies incorporated as single plan. For some coins, one has to hold position for longer period whereas for some, only 2-3 weeks can generate profits.
