We just passed block 30000 which is good news for stakers and masternode holders alike because it means there is a rewards increase! So if you have earned any bounties during the last few weeks than now is a good time to make sure you leave your wallet open for staking so you can maximize your coins. It seems some of the investors couldn't make it to the new collateral but the team is in the process of completing their stacks ! The more I watch this project the more I like it...

I doubt it is, it was never mentioned by the team + it would in complete opposition with DKPC philosophy of free market I guess

It seems the leftover coins will be sold on their first exchange since there is very little premine (0,1% of max supply) if there are any left though
The idea is still new and we can still expect more new updates and developments from the team. But they should be more active so that possible serious investors will join the business.
Just joined their Discord, they look pretty active and hard working right now, hope it will go on like that !
