I think there are plenty of clues on the last page or two for investors to start to put the last few days in perspective.  Things are in no way as bad as they may have appeared and with pre-order customers getting told of a one month delay, let's hope this weekends meeting is a very productive one.

What ACTUALLY happened on IRC is that the gentleman who was privy to this information attempted to have a private chat with myself however as an IRC newbie I inadvertently made mention of this and the next thing we know, an alarm goes off, all the cats start screaming and crumbs spils another cold coffee all over himself.  The cats are out of the bag and regardless of how the trolls want to twist things, good news will always be good news.

While people continue to feed the trolls and discuss rape, I suggest we deny them the airspace and consider more constructive discussion.

It seems that there is quite a big knowledge gap among shareholders in terms of the technical process of making an ASIC miner.  Words and phrases are being banded around by people who clearly don't understand the process and yet it seems no-one is keen to step up and attempt an explanation of where ActM might be in that process.  The way I (mis) understood the recent announcement was that the RTL thingy applied to the boards themselves and not the chips.  Could it be that the chips are all fine and ready to go but the boards are being redesigned?

Here's what I propose.  A more technical minded shareholder posts a brief explanation of the process as a kind of timeline in list form.  We then discuss where we think we 'could be' on that list and from that we formulate specific questions to put to Ken.  There are enough clues out there to do just that and I would gladly step up but am lacking the technical knowledge to do so.

I'm more than happy for someone else to suggest a better use of our energies, but the sooner we steer this conversation away from talk of rape and fantasy prosecutions resulting in a quicker fantasy implosion of this business, the sooner this whole episode can be put behind us and we can move on.  And that's what will happen at some stage, this episode will be behind us and we will have moved on.  Now who wants to speed this up with me?

It's been said before and I'll say it again.  If this were a scam Ken would have ran off with the $1,000,000 NRE funds a long time ago. There would have been no eAsic deal.  A scam is something like Labcoin where they lie about having chips in development.  There is empirical evidence to support the fact that ActM is not a scam. Change the record guys, yawn.

Be careful not to confuse a scam with a failed business.

Everything you post is focused on the bleakest outlook with no thought to a positive outcome therefore you are biased and people will always take you with that little pinch of salt.  You could be much more effective if you sat somewhere nearer the middle but your ego won't allow for that.

This is definitely the trolls day, there is no denying that, but it could all turn on a sixpence.  With weekly updates Ken has the power to turn the tide and my guess is that he'll respond to the communities requests for greater transparency.
