The new beta version is ready. It is mostly a bugfix release, the more significant upgrades are coming next month. You can download PhoenixMiner 6.0a from here:

PhoenixMiner_6.0a_Windows.zip
PhoenixMiner_6.0a_Linux.tar.gz

The new features in this release are:
  • Full LHR disable mode -lhrdis <n>  1 - yes (default), 0 - no
  • Show the GPU vendor name in the list of GPUs to make it easier to identify the GPUs
  • Added support for the latest AMD Linux drivers 21.40.1. There are some bugs in these drivers, particularly the clocks and voltages can't be set properly with older
    cards (RX4x0/RX5x0/Vega/RadeonVII)
  • Validated support for the latest AMD Windows drivers up to 21.11.2
  • Fixed issues with AMD RX6700XT cards with the latest AMD and Linux drivers
  • Fixed issues with AMD Vega and Radeon VII cards on latest Windows and Linux drivers
  • Fixed crash with very old Nvidia drivers (3xx.x)
  • Other fixes and small improvements

The updated list of known issues (driver incompatibilities, etc.) and workarounds:
AMD Linux driver 21.40.1 has a bug preventing proper setting of clocks and voltages on older cards (RX4x0/RX5x0/Vega/RadeonVII). Given that these drivers are also
usually slower than the older drivers for these cards, we recommend using Linux drivers 20.30 for anything older than RX6000 series.
If you are using Linux drivers 21.40.1 with Radeon VII cards, you need to add the option -fpwm 1 in order to have proper fan control.
AMD Linux drivers 21.40.1 has finally removed the requirement of PCIe atomics but there are problems when you try to mix Polaris (RX4x0/5x0) cards and Vega or newer
cards on the same rig.
Some Nvidia cards will report a lot of stale shares under Windows 11. Using the same driver version under Windows 10 resolves the issue.

ICO Oct 1st - Dec 31st

•  🏆 Digital Fantasy Sports 🏆 •

The goal is to establish a universal premium DFS platform on the blockchain network.
Our ERC20 token enables you to play unique games, allowing you to cash out your winnings on exchange networks.

ICO VISION

https://image.ibb.co/cGb8nR/Screen_Shot_2017_10_19_at_1_49_55_PM.png

DFS will feature its own network of games across multiple professional sports, allowing users to compete and win using their tokens.
DFS will be the first ever ehtereum blockchain arcade based gaming token to be playable and easily exchangeable within the fantasy sports world.
DFS Token's platform will host - NFL, MLB/NPB, NBA, MLS, FIFA, NHL, PGA, UFC/Boxing, Tennis, & NASCAR.  One platform for all of these sports.

THE PLATFORM

Instead of cashing out your winning tokens at a traditional arcade prize counter, the Etherum exchange becomes your destination to claim your winnings.
This method of re-distribution encourages token circulation as well as a way to encourage new players to join the Digital Fantasy Sports (DFS) universe.
Tokens purchased can then be used online in any game within our digital fantasy sport universe. Fiat currencies are not accepted when playing on this platform.
The winner of such fantasy game will receive (DFS) which can then be redeemable for ETH/ other ERC 20 tokens available on the exchange networks.
Instead of the traditional 10% collection from big names fantasy sites. 3% of tokens from the total pot winnings will go to the house for computing and sign up bonuses for new users.

WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE

DFS is an ERC20 token (one you'll receive during the crowdfunding time frame).
The goal is to establish a universal premium DFS platform that features 9 fantasy games across 9 professional sports.
Currently Draft Kings and Fan Duel own 90% of the market on the fiat side but no one has attempted to control the crypto market.
Our ERC20 token (first of its kind) enables you to play unique games, allowing you to cash out your winnings on exchange networks.
This encourages token circulation as well as stimulates the ETH ecosystem.

WE JUST SOLD 1 MILLION TOKENS

DFS (DFS) already has a MLB game completed that has been featured in The New Yorker: https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2015/04/13/dream-teams
In addition, we have plenty more games in development and aim to have a NBA game ready to go in January 2018.

The first game and rules have been released.
A fantasy baseball game where your batting order determines your fantasy score. One of a kind style of playing.

We will be release more games and rules as we finalize development and guidelines. 🏆

Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning

Welcome to the New Beginning

When the grand experiment that is bitcoin began, the anonymous wizard desired to test two parameters- a trustless, decentralized database enjoying security enforced by the austere relentlessness of cryptography and a robust transaction system capable of sending value across the world without intermediaries. Yet the past five years years have painfully demonstrated a third missing feature: a sufficiently powerful Turing-complete scripting language. Up until this point, most innovation in advanced applications such as domain and identity registration, user-issued currencies, smart property, smart contracts, and decentralized exchange has been highly fragmented, and implementing any of these technologies has required creating an entire meta-protocol layer or even a specialized blockchain. Theoretically, however, each and every one of these innovations and more can potentially be made hundreds of times easier to implement, and easier to scale, if only there was a stronger foundational layer with a powerful scripting language for all of these protocols to build upon. And this need is what we seek to satisfy.

Ethereum is a modular, stateful, Turing-complete contract scripting system married to a blockchain and developed with a philosophy of simplicity, universal accessibility and generalization. Our goal is to provide a platform for decentralized applications - an android of the cryptocurrency world, where all efforts can share a common set of APIs, trustless interactions and no compromises. We ask for the community to join us as volunteers, developers, investors and evangelists seeking to enable a fundamentally different paradigm for the internet and the relationships it provides.

Who is Behind Ethereum?

Our primary core devs are:

  • Vitalik Buterin → Inventor of Ethereum, protocol developer and researcher
  • Gavin Wood →Lead C++ developer
  • Jeffrey Wilcke → Lead Go developer

Primary non-development members include:

  • Anthony Di Iorio → Founder and Executive Director of the Bitcoin Alliance of Canada, Bitcoin Decentral, KryptoKit
  • Mihai Alisie → Founder of Bitcoin Magazine and Egora
  • Joseph Lubin → Software engineer, Quantitative Analyst
  • Stephan Tual → Founder of Ursium, Communications

A more extensive but non-exhaustive list of team members can be found here.
