Bought a card on Nov. 2nd. for personal use. This was the 3rd or 4th card I bought from him. All the previous ones worked well and lasted long. However, the card I bought on Nov. 2nd got canceled yesterday.  Pm'ed the seller for this instance and he/she is replacing the card for me now.

Trusted seller.

He is just stalling...I know my funds are long gone...

I dealt with him before and sometimes I waited overnight before I received my coins. I gotta say that he charged you 10+% for the risks that come along with the moneypak, so when shit happens he should take the responsibility and release the coins.

It's not a loan but an option to buy at a predetermined period of time.

Say, the strike is $450 and the option expires in 6 months. It means that you will have an option to buy these bitcoins for $450/BTC regardless of the price at the time after 6 months.  

Of course you have to pay fees for such privilege.

You don't need to verify yourself. You just need to use an escrow service so we know that your 10 btc are not imaginary ones.
