Not working at all today.

I'm pretty sure its because whenever there is a lot of activity such as a crash, the btcrobot's server (i'm assuming) can't keep up with the traffic or maybe there is a limit to how many api calls they are allowed.

Either way, You will notice when everything is working fine, btcrobot tries to connect to http://198.211.114.94:8080 however whenever the bot does not work properly, you will be unable to connect to it such as today.

Just what I have noticed...

I also had that issue last night. When I logged in the bot was set to inactive...i enabled it, hit save. Few hours later inactive again. Turned it back on and it has been active since.

I realize this is supposed to be hands free but what if we don't notice this. Would it switch back on automatically?

I notice from time to time there are long periods of times when the prices do not update at all. Currently for the past 2 days it just shows a flat line for mtgox/btc-e/bitstamp.

Any ideas?

I use clarkmoody in a minimized window with sound enabled so I can hear the up/down ticks.

Then I use a few windows of bitcoinity with the exchanges I am tracking. Bitcoinity has large text which is useful since I have a PC plugged into my TV and can just glance at it to easily track the prices. It's pretty useful when arbitrage opportunities show up.  I know bitcoinity has sound also but the downticks aren't loud enough.
