Re: 💠 DIW 💠 [ANN] [ICO] 💠 DIWtoken.com 💠 Decentralize Security

Hi guys. So much hype was around this project, and as a result they managed to collect almost 1 million dollars? At a time when all other projects collected 10 + million. Kind of weird. The only good news is that the team has not disappeared anywhere. Here is their last tweet, where they say that everything is fine, blah blah blah))
https://twitter.com/diwtoken/status/1042412754622140418

Not sure what 'other' ICOs collected 10mill plus, I can't recall other ICOs doing too good. It was a period where everything was going bad. Same goes for already existing cryptocurrencies. DIW will come back and show us a developed product. The link you shared must be reassurance that they are still around - that's positive.  Other ICOs would probably ignore and won't bother with the messages either. I have faith in DIW.

Not sure why people dont want to see their investment grow and get listed on CMC?? It's beggar belief that people still think this project is alive? Once in a while they release an update and blocked people for asking genuine Project questions and queries, is it still boorish to all?

If the team is not scam why they dont list on CMC and what is there to hide? Maybe SEC regulation or inquiry need to be setup for this and many people are waiting for a update on the development no news on the announcement channel.

As a member of this community, I've been reading your comments for the past 2 weeks, and I feel you have a grudge against this project. You sound like a broken radio.
The team and other members of the community have repeatedly told you what is happening and what they've heard by the team but you still go on about this project being a scam. You have no solid proof about your accusations, so i suggest you take your accusations elsewhere until you have real proof.
We all want to see this project on CMC as much as the next person, but we need to be patient. If you can't be patient like the rest of us, I suggest you move on.

The Benefits of Decentralization, Semi-Decentralization and its Adoption on DIW

Read our full article here:
https://medium.com/@diwtoken/the-benefits-of-decentralization-semi-decentralization-and-its-adoption-on-diw-524d38b3d58d

Great! Thanks for the article DIW and we look forward to seeing the real product. According to this article and other articles, there are semi-decentralised applications out there for sure. It helps much in the long run. I believe it will work for users, giving the option to the user to choose whether he wants to fully safeguard all his information Decentralized. I'd gladly pay for this service if I know my data is secure!

Definitely blockchain has the potential to create a better world and all of us here, supporting projects that enable transparency, decentralisation and data protection play a part in this.
One such project is DIW Token which aims to decentralise security and provide secure storage of personal data.

I don't see this as a problem. It's just the natural reaction. Blockchain is good technology and so many will want to use it to promote their products. Only the best in terms of good product, good team and good marketing will flourish.

Re: Bounty hunting - work or a hobby?

I consider it as extra work to have some extra income. I tend to hold my bounty tokens and so haven looked into the taxation of crypto in depth, but I dont think this is something that exists in my country and definitely not for the small profit I'm making at the moment.

Re: DIWtoken proceeds with ICO and partnerships

I just wanted to mention that I read an article regarding DIW's ICO final phase and that they will introduce to the public a part of the development of their platform (read below).

https://www.btcurrencies.com/news/diwtoken-com-ico-ending-as-project-development-advances.html

I wanted to follow up and confirm this, so, an admin who happens to be one of the developers of the DIW platform informed me that the development of the DIW platform is already underway and that the Alpha stage will be released ahead of schedule. This means that we will have Alpha stage of the DIW platform before the ICO ends, before the 31st of May instead of after the ICO as originally planned out. A code will be added to Github for everyone to view just like the article states and we will be able to talk about the platform as it develops in the DIW group.

Let me know your thoughts on this!

Thanks guys

This is great news! Thanks for sharing this. I myself am really looking forward to see the platform and how it will work. Congrats to the team for staying on top of this Smiley

I find DIW Token to be one of the best ICOs of May. Decentralised security for storing private data, is something we could all use.

Re: FAKE ICOs Bounties. What to do?
by

You will need to check if their project is any good. A genuine project will have lots of information about the project and why it is done and about the team members. Also make sure that the regulations for the bounty are sensible and clearly laid out.

Here are the things I advise you to look out for before making your decision
The potential of the project: Is it a good idea? Does it solve a problem that many people have?
Has the team been following the road map?
If the answers to these questions are yes, then the tokens are likely to increase in value at some point

Re: any promissing ico for 2018?

I am looking at DIW Token. It will offer decentralised security for our virtual lives and give access to various DApps with their network, such as storing personal data, payment gateway, escrow services and more.
I think such a project that has a lot of uses will simplify my life and that why I believe in it. They are now in the middle of their ICO so if this is something that interests you, you will find the links in my signature.

Re: Should I invest in cryptocurrency and ICOs?
by

on 15/05/2018, 09:09:20 UTC
The crypto market is volatile and so its good to approach with caution. Research a lot before you invest so that you can avoid scams. Start with small amounts until you get the hang of it and once you feel confident, you can invest with larger amounts

Re: Why are you selling your altcoins so soon?
by
fatenmo
on 15/05/2018, 09:01:49 UTC
Personally, I hold my altcoins for a couple of month while I see how the project is progressing. If it is progressing well and people are using it and so the value of the altcoins increases, I will continue holding them. If however I see that the project is not progressing and even after 6 months the price is dropping, I will sell.
I think people who sell their altcoins soon are either worried about the altcoin dropping or need the money at that point.

Re: Quit your job to promote bounty campaigns fulltime: unrealistic????
by

If anyone decides to live off bounty campaigns they would definitely need to join a lot because there is no guarantee when they will pay and what the value of the token will be after it hits the exchanges.

This is a difficult one because any regulations will probably make it harder for new people to join in the bounty program and this would be unfair.

Re: why is it important to look at the community before investing in their coin?
by
fatenmo
on 08/05/2018, 13:38:29 UTC
The community is not at the top of my checkpoint list. I will look at it after I have read the whitepaper, road map and investigated the team members. I then check how responsive the administrators are to members of the community and the size of the community
