Hace 6 horas transferí un monto desde mi monedero de MultiBit a mi otro monedero en LocalBitcoin y aún no se ha concretado. ¿Es normal?... ¿qué hacer?
Muy probablemente sea la comision. Si mas no me equivoco la comision por defecto the MultiBit es muy baja para que sea concretada de manera rapida, ve a las opciones y modifica esta configuracion.

Ahorita solo necesito mover unos $200 pero es que es mi sueldo semanal y no creo que pueda seguir en estas todas las semanas. La verdad estoy pensando que si en el trabajo solo van a pagar con Paypal, me va a quedar mucho mas facil buscar otro trabajo que pague con btc, skrill, neteller, o cualquiera de todas las opciones que hay en vez de pp.
La verdad si, por que mira lo que pasa en esta transaccion usualmente es esto:
Primero te cobran por la conversion Fiat to Paypal, aporox 10%l
Y despues 10% por el riesgo de que la transaccion sea reverseada.
Mejor si consiguete otro trabajo que te pague mejor en bitcoin jejeje, te diria que te ayudo en esto, pero 200 (USD o Euros), es mucho riesgo para mi en lo personal.
Espero alguien te pueda ayudar.

Gracias!20% es estandar por el riesgo que implica mover Paypal (que es reversible) a Bitcoin (no reversible), y la verdad no creo que sea tanta la comision, de hecho he visto exchangers de bitcoin to fiat que llegan a cobrar esos niveles por que no piden documentacion (al menos eso aca en USA es un problemon).
Cuanto quieres cambiar? a lo mejor te puedo hechar la mano y podemos negociar la comision.

Exacto, no creo que alguien quiera vender por debajo a estas alturas del juego. Recuerda que esta pronosticada una subida del precio del bitcoin, y pues, no creo que nadie en su sano juicio vaya a vender por debajo asi como asi.
Trata comprando por arriba del precio del mercado, asi es mas facil que encuentres a alguien que lo quiera hacer y en lo personal (como estoy en USA), uso el precio del bitstamp para calcular el precio.

Lo quieres instalar a nivel pagina o a nivel servidor?
Si es a nivel pagina, que lenguaje estas utilizando? PHP, .Net, JSP?

Yo le voy a que el fee que estas mandando es muy bajo y por eso la transaccion no se va, pero prueba las diferentes cosas que ponen ahi.

Hace muuucho tiempo que no miraba los bitcoins y hace 2 semanas quería hacer un pago y hasta el dia de hoy que no puedo...
Uso Multibit ( si.. el primero. Hace muchísimo que no tocaba los bitcoins y no sabia que había Multibit HD jijiji :p ).
Tengo un problema y es que cada vez que quiero hacer un pago me pone visto por 1 peer y se queda allí horas y horas y no le llega al receptor.
Entonces me desaparecen los BTC pero hago lo de Reiniciar transacciones y cadena de bloques y así me aparecen de nuevo los bitcoins.
Como puedo enviar bitcoins y hacer pagos? Qué es lo que hago mal?
Llevo más de 10 días que cada vez que lo hago ( desde distintos ordenadores ya que los tengo en un pendrive ) no puedo enviarlos... me pone visto por 1 peer y cuando le doy a detalles transacción y lo miro por blockchain pone que no se encuentra transacción. Con todo respeto, mucho dinero para que sea por transferencia. Ve a LocalBitcoins, posiblemente encuentres alguien ahi que pueda, pero como transferencias pueden ser canceladas, pues no creo que sea buen business.
Si estas interesado en hacerlo mediante cash (WU, MoneyGram o algo parecido), mandame un privado, te puedo ayudar, solo necesitaria unos dias para concentrar todos los bitcoin necesarios.

You can create an account with coinbase.com and sell/buy bitcoins. The company is U.S. based and is trusted, check it out.
indeed, I just did my first purchase in Coinbase. I'm still waiting for them to deposit the bitcoins (it takes like a week when you are using a bank account), but so far everything looks fine.
Also you can try LocalBitcoins, you can even find people nearby in case you are more interested in a personal interaction. You can use cash, cash deposited on a bank account, WU, Moneygram, etc., they also have a reputation system so you can know who are you dealing with (obviously no reputation system is 100% secure, but it is way better than other sites).
You can also try bitrated.com.

Sorry man but this forum has had so many scammers pop in that theyre not gonna trust you with any money on a new acct. Thats just the way it is. You can offer your service all you want but noone will use it. You build a reputation and grow your trust and in a year or 2 ppl will possibly trust you but anything before that is a laugh

OP is it your Real account or a bought One? I also think that you have no trusted feedback to back upon.
All of them are my accounts (this one, bitrated, localbitcoins, etc.).
I created this one waaaaaay back when I was still in Mexico (right now I'm in the States), so I just didn't care about it, but know that bitcoin is going a little bit more mainstream, well, I decided to give a try and try to make some reputation (and why not, some money), offering some kind of service.

I'd suggest you to post in this forums often and build up your reputation first. If you were to post once every month at Bitcointalk for the past four years, you would now be a 'somewhat' trusted Hero or maybe even Legendary member here. However that is not the case ...

However, with only 5 hours of being created I have better rating than other accounts way older.Reason? My linked accounts, at least you can see all my linked accounts (facebook, linkedin, etc.). Yes, they could be fake, but if you are a thorough investigator like you are trying to show, you can see that my LinkedIn goes waaaay back plus being employed on one of the top analytics companies on the globe.
