It would require a special trip to Germany that I am not quite ready for .  I was in Spain in June and I could have made the drive .  I ordered a SC1 from Germany a few months ago and two weeks ago he told me it had not arrived and I am still waiting .  When did yours arrive ?

My two dcr1 arrived a while back, they are B1. Every B1 miner should probably be delivered already.

You are selling them as a lot of 2 ?   What about shipping ?

Price is per miner, but i can ship both in one box (the one they came in). Shipping is not included, i'll use the provider of your choice if it is available. Or you could pick them up here in germany where i live.

Has anyone mining JSE on the phone application yet?
No, seems like a bad idea as you'll need to leave your phone on the browser constantly.

Haven't used it, but it's there: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jsecoin.alpha

This coin is for all the people, poor and rich, powerfull cpu, celerons and merely Raspberry Pi.
I am glad that felix cli was stopped. He worked against all JSE rules facilitating bad guys and hackers or suspending inocents who didn't know.

There is a platform already, no need of others, except official. This is not coinhive and stupid people who want to broke JSE must be stopped.

Number of currently active self-miners: 3828  Kiss

You can read my points on why i created this miner a few posts above, i can assure you your claims are baseless and untrue.

@felix the whole point of this project is to prevent server-side mining. This is the primary reason why we don't want a linux command line client. Also you built the thing to submit fake hashes and it just seems like you are determined to work against the project. Not only this but you are encouraging others to use it as well. We will keep introducing fixes and suspending accounts of anyone that that runs any kind of command line client. The only clients available are the platform at https://platform.jsecoin.com and the desktop app at https://jsecoin.com/downloads

The main reason i built the miner should be obvious, the current miner sucks in multiple ways, directly and indirectly.

Some are:

- i can't set it to mine at max efficiency: as you know jsecoin doesn't use a real PoW algo, it just uses a fixed diff sha256 hash which is only accounted once per block, sending multiple doesn't help anything, it just wastes cpu cycles trying to imitate something it is not
- it's a gui only app which runs in the browser: i don't want to run my desktop all day just to mine some jse, the electricity cost is way to high for that. Instead i want to use a low power device which might not even have a gui
- lightweight: the mining app comes in at a whopping 270MB downloadsize
- mining on low powered devices results in less jse than it has to be: because low powered device can't do that much hashes with just a little cpu usage the blocktime of 30 seconds might be over before we even found a hash. If e dedicate a full core to finding a single solution (and not multiple) we are good

Furthermore a desktop/pi/whatever running all the time is basically a server, so "server-side" mining doesn't really apply here. What you might refer to is botnet mining or vps mining, where an individual rents or compromises many devices and mines with them. Using a personal device for mining should be fine, regardless of what device it is, imho.
You refer to "fake" hashes, but they aren't fake, they are legitimate sha256 hashes. Just because the server doesn't verify these doesn't make them fake. This was another measure to counter useless wasted cpu cycles.
I'm determined to work against the project? yeah right, lol.
Where did i ever encourage others? I merely saw this thread here and thought i might opensource my miner to share it with the community, this might have been a mistake. It's just sad.

Since about 2 hours ago the jseUnique key has to be the one generated when creating the account, so to continue to get rewards you'll need to update the config field. You can read here on how to obtain the key: https://github.com/felixbrucker/jse-cli-miner#configuration

First release is available: https://github.com/felixbrucker/jse-cli-miner

Testers welcome!
Does this support the 2FA?

I think you only need the account number so i guess it will work, though you can just test and see if it does

I have completed a first PoC headless miner, will do some testing
Hey Felix,

That sounds brilliant, hope it works. I've got 2 Pi's mining JSE for me, if you need some extra testing just let me know.

What is your setup with the two pi's?

As far as i know the only way to earn more with multiple devices/miners is to have them on different ip's as otherwise you still only earn a single ticket to the lottery per ip (hashcount doesn't matter it seems).

I can confirm running the miner results in accepted hashes and rewards and cpu usage is 0-1%. It should still result in the maximum possible reward output, though i'll need to run some 24/48h tests to confirm that.

Can anyone instruct me on how to mine this on a rpi headless? or is it even possible?
Not possible, I'm remoting into my RPi using VNC. You mine via a web browser

Anybody tried extracting the miner part from the js lib? i feel like a headless miner should be possible with nodejs, though i haven't tried that myself yet. Also note there is a desktop miner/dashboard currently in the works, so maybe it could be added as a feature to that: https://github.com/JSEcoin/platform
