我说几点个人经验：
1、考察团队：看看团队是不是真的是来做事的，华尔街骗子坚决不能要，无论项目包装的多美好；
2、看项目进度：如果是从零开始，没有任何可行性验证的，也不能要，谁知道能不能搞得出来，要多久？
3、看项目类别：优先公有链、侧链、协议类，目前应用类的骗子居多

感觉你们就是一群小白。。。还写报告，分析再多，不如内幕一条，币圈目前并不是技术导向，而是新闻导向，能更深入认识团队，了解团队动态才是最关键的，一个靠谱的团队，可以把垃圾项目运作成前十，比如NEO
