Hi. In 7 december i exchanged my eths to btc in blockchain.info wallet via shapeshift
But 10 days it has not been finished, i transferred my eths another exchange and exchanged eths to btc.
After,, i sent bitcoins to my blockchain.info wallet.
At now, in exchange segment my transferring process status is "In process"

They're right sir. Unconfirmed transactions are out of their hand because they're not a mining pool. And conversions will only start once they deemed that your deposit is valid, in other words once a miner picked up your transaction and validate/confirm it. Most likely the reason why your transaction has remained unconfirmed for too long is because of a low miner fee as both btc and eth networks are congested so the fees will be much higher than usual.
What you can do now is to prepare for the big waiting game but rejected or not you will not lose your money.
As they said track your transaction in any block explorer like this one https://etherscan.io.

Same here! Still waiting. Now 8 days.
I get no respond from Blockchain.info e-mailed 4 days ago.

no. in blockchain info, there is eth to btc and btc to eth exchange .only between blockchain.info wallets. i used it. i did'nt use another exchange.

Hocam var mı sizde bir gelişme.Benim 4. gün oldu yaklaşık her ikisinde de 100 civarı onay var ama hala BTC'ler ETH'ye dönüşmemiş vaziyette görülüyor.Mobil uygulama yerine masaüstü uygulamasından bakmayı deneyin. Masaüstünden bakınca hala pending olarak gözüküyor benimkiler. Acaba etheryumdaki tıkanıklık hala giderilmedi mi? Eğer sonuç alırsanız buradan yazın lütfen. Anlaşılan ikimizden başka blockhain.info exchange üzerinde sıkıntı yaşayan yok gibi.Sizden gaber bekliyorum

I have some eth's in my blockchain.info wallet.
I want to exchange eth to btc. Yesterday, (23 hours ago) i did it. ((at now, 12 days ago)
But although it tooks 23 hours,(at now, 12 days ago) it is unconfirmed.
note: i did'nt use another exchange. only between blockchain.info wallets. you know that blockchain.info offers eth to btc and btc to eth exchange.
is it normal?
