Following the update there are some problems in the HTML5 version. The "Multi Table" mode no longer works. Instead of having the mosaic tables, it only displays one of them but distorted and it becomes impossible to access other tables (frozen buttons). There is also a graphic bug with the 'Play' button on the OFC tables.

I think we have to accept the idea there is now a new team at the head of SwC (the company has been sold ?) Their communication has changed drastically over the past several weeks. They used to intervene succinctly in topics and always in a thoughtful way. They also didn't hesitate to censor off-topic or redundant posts. The last pages of this topic show something completely new and bordering on incompetence.

Regarding the Higherhighs case: it would be good if he could stop constantly justifying himself and be less talkative in the chat (that will at least prevent him from talking nonsense endlessly). True pineapple players always play 3H.  

Bertbert has been the subject of several complaint for many years by mix and pineapple players mainly for this kind of acts and for repeated button steals. Support has always been responsive and has sometimes offered compensation. However, I suggest another way to deal with that sort of behavior : downgrading the krill status of the players who are at fault. It would be a good way to encourage them to behave well.

I remember there was some pineapple freerolls at the beginning of swc. I do not know why they removed these ones. Probably because there is no hand-to-hand process on Grid software and too many people were abusing of timing.

So we need a hand-to-hand process with the new software !

We are many players expecting pineapple tournaments with the new client. I hope it is also in your mind.
