As long as your a loosing customer they dont care about KYC, when you start winning they will do everything to cancel your withdrawal. Dont wager on Rollbit. Stake is much better and has better bonuses.

Yes, Steak is amazing, always instant withdrawal and no KYC.

But they have a slightly different sports provider, it’s more difficult to win

I have to admit, after reading all of this, I find this quite disturbing. I didn't know that Rollbit was one of "those" platforms.

@Rollbit Razer, I was hoping for reassurance from Rollbit casino that overly invasive verification isn't gonna become the norm.  That you recognize the privacy concerns and will work to address them.  This response though just doesn't provide that kind of reassurance in my opinion.  It comes across more as trying to justify excessive security measures rather than recognizing the valid concerns being raised.

We always refund users who are unable to complete verification steps.

There is one question, though. Is this sort of verification check a normal thing you do whenever someone deposits substantial amount into Rollbit, or do you just happen to do it right before someone tries to withdraw to their personal wallet? Because, you know, there's a world of difference between the two scenarios.

According to what happened to me, now this is their usual practice when someone wants to withdraw more than the amount of deposits.

And everyone who wins on sports betting is definitely a scammer who needs to be asked to show their butt on camera.

No one is safe in this casino anymore.

I would argue a little wiggle room that if their video verification includes logging out and into their platform, it can be accepted as a countermeasure of fraudulent activity by faking credentials for KYC, using someone else's ID for their KYC, but asking for a screenshare when accessing binance and google account is... I don't think they have any basis to justify this action and kinda upsetting.

I'll PM Razer and invite him to this thread, see what their defense for such invasive investigation.
Keep in mind this call, and any actions on the call, are completely voluntary. The sole purpose of such calls is to verify identity. These are specifically good for cases where we may expect prolific abuse (repeat abusers).

video verification includes logging out and into their platform

We do wish it was this simple, but we see levels of sophistication that would easily circumvent checks like this.

Of course, voluntary, only you forgot to say that if I refused to carry out your illegal actions, you would block me without a refund.

Well, now the whole world knows about your methods, I hope checking me out was worth it.

First I have to turn on the camera, which is fine, but after that they force me to share the screen and show:
1. When I go to the Rollbit website, it’s ok.
2. How I go to the website of the Binance exchange, from where I made deposits, and live showed my Binance profile, all my transactions, my balance, and the verification section. This is illegal, Binance has nothing to do with them.
3. Your Google profile in Chrome. Yes, yes, they even wanted to see this, they checked that the name matched the one indicated on Binance and in the Rollbit profile. This is also far from legal.

This is a very unusual way for the KYC procedure.
If I may ask, did this happen before or after your withdrawal? Also, are you sure that this KYC request coming from Rollbit officials?

I would advise you to check your device, PC, mobile or whatever you were using. Also a mandatory change of security data, on the device as well as on the Binance account and Google profile in Chrome. Maybe even change the email address you've used so far on Binance.

This happened right after I was restricted from sports. I made a request to withdraw the balance of $953, and a few hours later I was invited to such a video verification.

Yes, I am absolutely sure that the request was from the official Rollbit, immediately after verification I received a message from Rollbit, it was also displayed in the online chat on the site, and the funds were immediately withdrawn to me

I also wrote this fraudulent verification on a voice recorder

They just do this process to make sure it’s really you who’s verifying and no one els, e.g a relative or kyc account buyer. I’ve went through this process before. Rollbit does make me very sad though.

I wouldn't accuse a site of doing something illegal if they were asking questions and operating within the confines of their site. I could answer any questions about my account, they could ask me a lot of things, ok, I will answer.

But to force people to log into their accounts on third-party resources, bank accounts, crypto exchanges, and their Google account when sharing the screen, this has nothing to do with them and is absolutely illegal.

Rollbit just needs to know that they have a disgusting (for themselves) sports provider that confuses the probabilities, gives 2.5 instead of 1.5 every day for many events.

Even a monkey can win at the sport of rollbeat.

Change your provider to a normal one, and stop tormenting users, here's some advice.

I would like to say first of all that I have no financial claims against Rollbit.
They paid me all the money from my balance, including my positive balance (I withdrew $1,100 on top of my deposits), but I think you guys should know what their illegal and humiliating verification procedure is.

So, I bet mostly on top tennis tournaments. First, I was limited to the maximum bet amount. Ok, there's nothing wrong with that. I decided to withdraw the remaining balance. I passed KYC without any problems. And then the circus began. They write to me that I need to go through video verification in Google Meet. I received an email, I chose a date and time, and literally the next day I went through video verification, but you will be shocked when you find out what they make you do during the call.

This terrible procedure defies not only common sense, but also any EU laws on personal data. Logging into Binance live is like logging into your bank account live, it's very confidential information, but if I refused, I'm sure they would steal all the money from me.

Stay away from Rollbit, this is not where you should play and expose yourself to the risk of such a procedure.

I hope I chose the right section of the forum. While I am not accusing the site of stealing money, I am accusing the site of having an illegal and humiliating video verification process.

@OLE777Official, Does your management understand that their reputation is destroyed and the business is on the verge of collapse? Just show them this screenshot https://i.gyazo.com/490016fede032a64816a274fe2eebadb.png and let them think about what they are doing and how long people will be making deposits to them
The first thing you must do is return the money to everyone who complained about you in this thread, and continue to conduct business honestly.

They did not disclose the issues but again, they may fall for some of these reasons.
<...>

I respectfully disagree with that explanation. I think it's super important for the official reps to make sure the review team gives real reasons and evidence behind their decisions, particularly when it comes to banning players. This shows that the casino is all about fairness and helps build back trust with players.

In this competitive industry, having a good reputation is crucial for keeping and attracting customers. By being transparent and fair, the casino can show players that it's a reliable and trustworthy choice for online gambling.

a reliable and trustworthy service will never, NEVER block their client on such stupid accusations.
Have you ever heard of "Stake" casino blocking someone?
Or for the betting company "Pinnacle" to block someone?
I haven't heard.
Because these are the most reliable services in the world and they value their reputation. OLE GROUP turned out to be just scammers.

I asked the cases for these users

1. didi123
2. ferrumsc2
3. muster21

They did not disclose the issues but again, they may fall for some of these reasons.

1. Illegal Arbitrage Betting
2. Illegal Bonus Hunting
3. Cross Betting

This is a lie and slander from you, a direct and brazen deception of customers, you are killing your reputation, and the reputation of your VODDS boss with your actions.

You will soon lose your license and all association with OLE GROUP unless your company revises the policy and refunds us.

You didn't pay us here how much in total? thousand 15? And you will lose customers who could bring you millions.

Very shortsighted company policy.

Who will make deposits to you after all that is written here? So many stories from different people and you fooled everyone. Just google "ole777 scam" and you will see this thread and other threads from this forum about your scam.

Your company has killed itself, congratulations.

Hello, everyone. Please take the time to read. I would like to address a few concerns here.
I've been through several departments such as finance, to try and retrieve the payments but, I was told decisions were final.
Next, I have also been to the Risk department to talk them out of appealing for the accounts.

As mentioned before these accounts may be banned due to some of the reasons;
-Multiple accounts
-Illegal Arbitrage Betting
-Illegal Bonus Hunting
-Cross Betting

OLE7.io usernames;

1. dorjan
2. didi123
3. ferrumsc2
4. muster21

I was told this exact message.

"We were informed by the platform provider these accounts involved with unlikely betting,
rest assure due diligence were taken into consideration prior to any action from our compliance team.

Next concern for pale_cutie

Hello, this is kind of surreal. I am not familiar with any of the three nicknames that you put next to me.
I have never had additional accounts, I have not bet on any other people's predictions, I have not bet on any suspicious or fixed matches, I have not placed arbitrage bets, I have never used bonuses on the site, except for those that you automatically give for turnover at the end of the day.

This is a 100% bogus reason to take my money.

By the way, do you have an adequate explanation why OLE and VODDS users receive payments from the same crypto wallet? The sites are more closely related than many think, which means the VODDS site can no longer be trusted either.

They will never pay you. They are scammers. If you won money they will block you account.
Same happen with me, Have normal account few months, when I was losing I didnt have any problem, when I start winning a lot they blocked me and steal 8000$
He just said that he got paid on the past but not anymore. It could be because this gambling site have now turned bad because there are also users who post their complaints not only you guys. But Cases about blocking/restricting account after winning a lot do really happens even on a legit gambling site. I know it's quite annoying as a fair gambler but there is an explanation on why they do this.

I dont know why they would scam me now all of a sudden
Maybe they already have the intention to scam their users ever since they start their gambling site but they didn't make it too obvious in order to gain more trust from the public. This is for them to scam more people. I feel sorry for those who lost their funds.

On normal sites, restrictions and blocking do not occur.

For sports betting, it's Pinnacle

For the casino it's Stake

Hello, this is my first post to bitcointalk.

I've been using ole777 for esports for the past few months, never had any problems.. infact it was one of the best sportsbooks i've used.

1 hour ago i requested a withdrawal which was declined, I went into live support and they said my account is on hold for compliance. This is extremely worrying considering what i've seen so far in this thread... as its looking like i may get the same treatment as the others received.

When I receive my update email from the compliance team I will let you all know how that ends up, I currently have around 3600 usd in the account including pending bets.

I have NEVER multi-accounted nor have I used any means of arbitrage

And to the ole7 moderator my ole7 ID is: evelynn

https://i.ibb.co/FJSjvZT/LIVECHAT1.png

It was a mistake of you to keep such large sums there, after everything that was written here, they will not return your money. Write complaints, write to the regulator, write VODDS, destroy their reputation. This is all you can do to get revenge.

Hello everyone, a few updates here.

First, let me begin saying that I hope you had a good weekend.

Despite all the issues going on here, on a personal note I hope you did enjoy the weekend.

Issue #1. The websites.
I have spoken to the ITSD (IT Service Department) and I had to ask regarding these domains if these are ours.
ole777.io
ole777.in

This is what the IT rep exactly said. 'hi sir carlos mentioned domains above is not handle by our team.'

Which I will now conclude that is it not ours and may be a phishing website to steal funds or other personal information.
I tried accessing the website and it's nowhere near our website (ole7.io) UI/UX and website loading speed.

Now someone asked why didn't we report it, my answer honestly is I don't know. If no one has brought this up this website was just probably sitting there
scamming people but, now the IT department is on the move to report and best, take it down.

Next, ferrum. Thank you for sending the screenshot. I now have your username.

I am actually begging the compliance team to allow an appeal for the accounts, if not. I am trying to at least have funds back if it's not against the T&Cs.

There are no guarantees nor promises in this but, I will do what I can.

Once again I would like to say sorry for the bad beginnings in this thread and for the users who had a negative experience.

-Carlos

Good afternoon.
Thank you, I look forward to news from you.

Hello, everyone.

A few updates here.

I am still in contact with the internal team regarding these accounts.

Again, I want to be transparent. But, certain teams internally are very firm that they cannot disclose
every detail as to why the account got locked or banned.

So now I am trying to negotiate with them if ever they can give a chance for the users to appeal and
have a chance to defend themselves.

Next, for the image. That's not our website. Our website is https://ole7.io/en/#/main if
you click the URL I provided now and compare that screenshot with the "grabbed" image from a real estate person.
It's not our website.

Next, I am still waiting for Ferrum360's OLE7 ID so that I can also forward this to customer support team and compliance team.

Tomorrow is a Saturday.. the following is a Sunday please expect me to respond on a working day which is Monday.

Once again, I am also caught in the middle of all of this, please take note that I am trying to help I myself want to be transparent.
But, I cannot do anything if the decision is final especially coming from compliance team, risk team and other teams involved.

You can see my ID on this screenshot https://i.gyazo.com/df34bedd04b37e123f625d7c81b64f7f.png

OLE GROUP, OLE777.io scam site. !!! OLE777.io uses the VODDS crypto wallet !!!

Ole777.io blocked me for no reason, taking over $2,000 from my account

Here are my screenshots, which shows that I can not log into my account, and a letter.
https://i.gyazo.com/df34bedd04b37e123f625d7c81b64f7f.png
https://i.gyazo.com/535550d2754cefea2078edb24084f581.png

OLE777 belongs to OLE GROUP. OLE GROUP is also are the owners of major betting broker VODDS.

At the same time, VODDS reject a wide connection with OLE777, they only say that OLE777 work under their license.

But OLE777 is used to receive the same crypto wallet as VODDS. Here are their main crypto wallets https://tronscan.org/#/address/TWgJUpNpmmUnkHtcfeF7JvCvEX7vobLYuY/transfers , and here are 2 auxiliary ones https://tronscan.org/#/address/THgteQ3XkP7owi9YFySqdH4qrovx3J4ANC/transfers and https://tronscan.org/#/ address/TPEPdLYtHr8cN1Jbwf6CGNB9Ppho7L2otr/transfers

Payments from the account from the site OLE777 and VOODS came from the same wallet!!!
So the scammers here are not only OLE777, but also VODDS, and the entire OLE GROUP organization

Beware of these scammers!

DO NOT BET WITH THEM, THEY DO NOT PAY.
I am happy to see members don't trust them now, bunch of lying thieves. This thread should be removed. Why does admin allow it up?

The site seems clean and has a good touch graphically speaking.
Do you have any proof that the website isn't paying? I'm assuming you gathered all the proof before making that reply of yours otherwise, you'll be wasting your time here.

Members need proof before they choose to not choose this platform and consider another website to play on.

There are even enough letters from their support about blocking to never play there and never make deposits, because there are TENS of other casinos and bookmakers that pay normally and do not have such complaints

And we, deceived customers, have not received a normal response from support about when our funds will be returned to us.

Today I also received a letter about the complete blocking. THIS CASINO IS FULL SCAM, DO NOT DEPOSITS HERE!

Here are my screenshots, which shows that I can not log into my account, and a letter.
https://i.gyazo.com/df34bedd04b37e123f625d7c81b64f7f.png
https://i.gyazo.com/fc9c8cddefa326116aba9e098fd7f0d2.png

They blocked me 2000$.

I have also established that the payouts, while they are made, are made from the same usdt wallet as the payouts from the vods site. It turns out that a company that is fully affiliated with WODs is scamming people for money.

I will be glad if the representative solves my problem and I get my money. Or I will have to complain to all possible authorities and tell my story on all casino forums and casino review sites. And I urge all those affected by the actions of these scammers to follow my example.

I look forward to hearing
