Each miner is a full ULTRAPOINT node. Each computer running the full desktop software (ULTRAPOINT DESKTOP: Windows / Linux / Mac) is a full node and can  confirm transactions.

To be a full node you only need a conventional computer connected to the Internet to download the blockchain.

Receiving money with ULTRAPOINT is free and ULTRA FAST. There is no cost to the recipient.

ULTRAPOINT allows you to make user-to-user transactions (peer-to-peer), without the need for intermediaries.
