I also have a horrible experience during Leverage trading in bimex. I early days i was jumped in to Bitmex because of a huge hype those days and i lost my 2.5 Eth it was costing me 2.5x400 = 1000 usd.

I would say until mid-march you can trade crypto, but sell them before April, as bitcoin halving is in April and bitcoin is going to pump. And its trend when there is a pump in BTC other crypto values drops.
Exactly this one opinion i was looking for, Yeh it is sure bitcoin trend is getting hype day by day in each passing day for having event, and history show us when ever bitcoin getting uptrend it results altcoin downtrend.
basically if you want to invest with any cryptoqurrency, then the right time is to buy when the price of coins is cheap. from there you can take advantage when buying at low prices then selling at high prices. but the main problem is that many new altcoins are difficult to develop and don't have good price growth.
Almost your suggestion is nearly my thoughts, we should always at risk but at this point rick factor is very reduced due to altmarket is at very extreme low price. Those investors will earn who got advantages like this shit market.
What more you would like to see? We are finally in a market with a positive sentiment, bull run is just happening so you can afford to buy nearly 10 times more altcoins as in 2017 for the same price. 
Here is we are not sure weather we are at safe position aor still here is chance to more blood bath happen sue to upcoming bitcoin halving event, And rise of bitcoin always killed altcoins, But any ways always think positive.
This altcoins manipulation will never stop, this will be continues up till our market gain more investors and gain more volume this manipulation is because of a few people from the world is here but other not.

How much damage done in Altcoin Due to these Pump&Dump in Bitcoin prices
Usually we all want to see Bitcoin pric go higher and higher in each single minuet, But this is painful that when BTC grown and we drop out portfolio. Basically Alt market comes in crypto for multipurpose but most of use involved in alt market for making our bitcoins double, triple or more than this.
Here is everybody knew about that whenever bitcoin make sudden move weather its base on any news or due to whales artificial price manipulation this cause huge damage done in both our portfolio and alt coins too.
I think this is very strong reason of alt market crashes and many of new investors harms too from this behavior of market.

you don't make panic buys or panic sells when markets swings in prices.
This is sum up for trading crypto in any time weather its bull or bear market. Your profit and lost is always depends on this certain time,
either this was a panic buy or this was perfect time to make this deal.

Exactly, I agree from now altcoins start to pumpming whales or HODLER will try to convert their most of the portfolio in to Bitcoin and again will be looking for hard time for altcoins and then they will be fill their bags with potential coins. This is the cycle of making money for wise traders/investors.
As we all know that this is one of worst time for all ALT coins including here are some Strong coins also facing this badly downtrend because of Bitcoin's unstablity and market fear. So, this is not by any meant that this down trend will never be revese and ALT coins will be recover.
Here is majority in crypto market are hopless and loss interest to trade anymore because of this boring situation, But i think Whales and other intellegent investor always looking for these kind of situation. So here in this situation if you are looking for grab some potential ALT coins i sugest you to don't be confused and grab your favorit coins i am also looking some worthious coins.
