Good points. I would say you have the same factors as I recommend to others:

1. Team - is the team capable of doing the product, do they have experience and skill set
2. Market - is there a niche or share of existing market will be made, is the market large.
3. Token model - is there a purpose of the coin, do you think it is useful.
4. ICO structure - how will the funds be used, roadmap available, do they need that much money.

4. Advisors team - looks like a mix of business people and "mini-stars", likely some of them will remain for post ICO business development.
5. Whitepaper - actually 3 docs (pitch story, position paper, token generation), which include explicit roadmap with detailed use of proceeds and how the ecosystem works.
6. d10e ICO pitch winners - competed against 18 other ICOs and won both public and jury awards.
7. Clif High recommendaton - 10 out of 10 in Clif's ICO report.

ICOs are high-risk, high-reward investments instruments. It’s important to know how much one is willing to invest and potentially lose before participating in ICO. It could well turn to triple digit return, but could end up in 0 if not well researched and diversified.

What a winner we have here. Price is rocking even it is not yet in operational phase. Any ideas who might be the next winner from Clif's new recommendations?

Could you relate to "financial advantage"? I might be missing the point in here, but there is no business behind. Yet.

Is it just me or the new referral system looks like a pyramid to screw your friends' money and get a part of it? I am not a big fan of such systems, where unsophisticated people get burned.

I read that tokens will be minted at once, hence no more mining. Not that kind of project that would require mining.

You can get some stats here: https://www.marketinvoice.com/investor-statistics - one of their main competitors with great marketing team. From this, you can see that to stay competitive, you will have to lend at 5-10% before defaults and service fees. Effectively, at 3-6% p.a.

I would assume the price of token will change significantly once the first actual invoices hit the marketplace. And either of them could be a winner. Let's see.
