guys are there any ICO's built on NEM right now?

There are many, I think there is a web page out there that lists them. I believe the biggest projects completed ICO that will be built on Nem are Bankera and Dimcoin

Is there any beginner tutorial available on how to run node for XEM
also how much is the rewards of it ?

There is no mining and you don't need your own node to harvest. So you will not get any extra reward running your own node.

I have a small chunk of NEM on an exchange wallet.  It seems complicated to set up the NEM wallet.  Am I missing out on free coins by not puting my coins in a NEM wallet?

What's complicated? It's just download, install, open

When I started looking into NEM I said to myself, I want to get supernode before 30. Exactly 4 months later I am at 1/100 of this goal. I learned a ton in this time, I met many interesting and positive people, I did a lot. I emerged myself in blockchain life, I become passionate about blockchain, earlier I was just on point with news. What can I say, NEM changed my life, I am not sure if I will own a supernode in future, but it become less important for sure. Thanks NEM  Smiley

Thank you for all your hard work. Nem official is twitting your videos, people know you are one of two official/unofficial Nem news channel. Just a matter of time Lon Wong will come knocking on your door

Does anyone know if the proof of stake masternode minmium will be lowered from 3millions? This might attract more action and traction to this wonderful crypto

Not unless the supernode count comes down. Right now they have more than enough supernodes and in last couple of month the count actually gone up 20%. There is no reason for them to lower it to attract more supernodes.

Hi, I sent XEM from nanowallet to Bittrex yesterday but it is still not showing in the Bittrex wallet, not even in the "pending deposit" section.  I read somewhere that you have include a message in the transaction, which I did not do.  Can somebody explain to me what to do please and how to recover that XEM?
Open a support ticket with Bittrex and include transaction ID

Is 8,999,999,999 XEM the total max supply or they will create more xem in the future if they want to?

Supply should be unchangeable (according to NEM Foundation practic, and owners of XEMs), but i can imagine situation, when someone (Banksters ;P) will buy from market so much cheap XEMs as possible and do a vote for changing supply, win it, and then hardfork and voila - supply changed. But in comming few years i dont think it could be possible to buy and concentrate so many XEMs.

I missed your answer, thank you for the explanation! I like NEM project but with the point u just made, i'm a bit confused if it is still a good long term investment...

I asked Jeff McDonald once that if one day Nem gets so popular that there is not enough Xem to go around for all the ICOs on Nem what to do. He says he doesn't see that happening as Xem is divisible by 6(?) decimal, but if it is absolutely necessary, community can vote on whether to increase the supply or not.

Can not launch NEM Node after software upgrade to nis-0.6.93 on Windows 7. Launch runMon.bat and the window briefly appears and then disappears with "Error:Could not find or load main class org.nem.monitor.NemMonitor". Version nis-ncc-0.6.87 worked just fine. What am I doing wrong?

NCC and Monitor are not distributed with 0.6.93 any more.
Use runNis.bat to start NIS.

My question is actually how to launch local harvesting with minimum 10000 XEM?

Local harvesting is no longer available with new wallet. You can still run your own node and choose it as delegate harvesting node. Not sure exactly what the hardware requirement is but it's minimal, any old computer will do. You just need to install Java first.

I discovered NEM through the Bankera ICO. Do you think it's a good time to buy XEM?

Go to Nem.io and see their road map. IMO, no other project has more rounded vision in building the crypto eco system + foresight

What is the advantage of NEM compared to other altcoin ?
I first bought NEM in November 2015 when it cost 80-90 Satoshi. In this year I sell highest at price 12k Satoshi , whereas NEM supply is very much.

I was just looking at NEMs repository and its quite impressive. Most of their work was done in 2014 and 2015. But I see the crypto gaining a lot more hype and I have been following it. I expect NEM to pass 1 dollar 1st quarter 2018. The charts show increasing buy volumes. Since the climb began of April this year, which is where I think a lot of crypto's too a nice climb. I will continue to monitor NEM and would place a recommend buy at 0.19 cents. At least I think its a good buy for where it is currently. Let me know your feedback.

You are not going to see many commits in Github as they are rewriting Nem core in C++ and not yet release the repository to the public.

I have a question to you guys, when i enter my wallet(on PC ) and i log in ( after longer break) i must wait (for downloading blocks i think) few minutes before i will be able to see my balace. Where can i check how long i have to wait? Or correct me if i am in the wrong.

I don't think you need to do that if you are using nano wallet and the node you choose is already sync up
