In 2017 our team came up with an idea to create a brand new social network that would revolutionise the whole industry Provoco, a social challenge network empowered by the blockchain. In a year we gained a lot of true followers, investors and fans who believed in an idea that challenges could change the whole social base we have right now. Because we believe so much in our platform we decided to take a huge gamble and made a decision only few ICOs have ever done we did a huge rebrand, both in style and in our idea. I Wonder why people spend so much resources in setting up scam site, instead of investing them in real products and service- Appeared just recently 2017-10-21] (domain, posts, etc)
- Pre-sale only 2 weeks later from first posting
- Social posts appeared just a week ago
- Mostly fake team (no linked in, no social profiles)
- Some team members were suspects of another scam
- No product / MVP
- Extremely generous airdrops to attract attention
- Whitepaper is garbage, just marketing b.s., no real technical content
- No legal entity

I will start with:
1) WePower.NETWORK
Green energy trading platform. There are a few competitors, however execution of this team is impressive. They have a demo "platform", but it is not a _real_ MVP, just a mockup and proof of concept, but community support is tremendous and funding is plentifull.

2) IUNGO.NETWORK
Global wireless internet provider. They are building platform to run a swarm/network of hotspots. Demo is available and if you have a compatible hardware you can turn your router to IUNGO router. They started just recently, but community is gathering quickly.
3) not sure ...
There are many strong ICO's, but not so many pre-ICO's. My expectations for pre-icos is to have a solid whitepaper, team of real people (with verifiable identities), at least some kind of uniqueness and/or usefulness of a token. MVP is not necessary, but is nice to have.

Yes there are projects which can store data, but we have different objective - self sustaining business, that generates value to token owners.
