Re: [Mining OS] SimpleMining.net - Easy to use GPU MINING Operating System

Hi All,

I used to mine ETH in December with about 26 Mh/s per card. I switched the rig to mine Cryptonight until few days ago and when I tried switching back to ETH, surprise - maximum 17.5 Mh/s per card!
Anybody has any idea what changed? My cards are having BIOS modded... everything worked ok until now. Cards are RX 570 ASUS Strix 4GB (ROG-STRIX-RX570-4G).
All the time I used simplemining os since the beginning, no change. current version shows 1165

Thanks a lot!

flash SMOS again, probably you have a very old version i guess

Thanks, it did the trick!
After re-flashing with the latest version all cards are back to normal!

Just FYI:
Issue was solved by re-flashing the latest simplemining OS version. All cards are mining now with 27.4 Mh/s!

Thanks a lot guys,
I always like to keep an eye on my rigs and as soon as I see some issue I am the first one who mails the client and I am extending the time without any issue.

Added 6.3Mh/s Wink
How much time it's needed?

DO NOT MINE WITH 6.3MH! It's already solved. Post your address I'll send you 50 FAC for your contribution though

You'll drive the diff up. Please stop mining![/size]

Allright, stopped Wink

Sent 100FC, curious to know how soon you get it what with transactions and all

Thanks, it would be interesting when I'll receive it... now I see the wallet is out of sync and keeps trying to connect...

If you have lost your token post your faircoin address here. I'll try to register your address for distribution. Everybody can register 1 address per hour.

I give up, bad support from devs, back to NYC!

What exactly is it you need?

I lose my token, need a new, but past almost 18 hours and nothing....

Try to connect with a different IP address and you will receive a new Token.

Faircoin Team.

I also lost my token and sent a PM to the Faircoin Team...

You should have implemented this... if the token is not used for the next X hours, should expire and the user should be able to get a new one...Or add another option to request a new token.

Or at least, now you should be able to do it manually for those who have this issue.

+1 on this. Fixed IP + Lost token = unfaircoin

i understand your problem, on the other hand... how hard is it to save a simple number when it states that it is important to do so?

I think it's not important the reason why someone lost/forgot/etc the token. The expire 'feature' should have been there from the start. it's something which is missing in the implementation of the code.

djeZo, how does it works the script which calculates the connection stability in the last 24hours?
I am asking because for my two rigs it shows inaccurate info ... one rig shows up only since 1 hour and 40 minutes and for the other one it shows that the speed it's dropping from time to time by 20% which is not true. I am monitoring local the speeds with Cacti and they are steady...

That is connection stability to LeaseRig. If your cgminer fails to report summary data back in 2.5 seconds, it is declared as dead.

OK... and you cannot extend this to 3 or 3.5 sec to see if it shows better?

fishyfishy was extremely helpful when I rented a rig from him at http://leaserig.net.  I would definitely recommend him, and will use this service again.

A million thanks!

This 'thing' - 3.98 Gh/s cannot be real... there is something fishy here for sure.
Maybe it's a clever attack...  Angry

Now it shows 1.98 Gh/s ...
