theres already a coin that uses Argon 2D called Unitus they have a pool http://mine.unitus.online/ they have a miner you can download from there so theres already a version of cpu miner and pool module that exists hmmmm maybe the devs wanted to unload there premine before they got this knowledge out into the public im gonna use that miner to set up solo mining once i get home from work i;ll let you guys know how it goes
On the official sit where you have to choose a cpu to download the wallet there are many models missing. In fact, all those earlier intel core i5/i7 like sandy bridge that support avx but not avx2
As a result, that wallet version is never recommended for download and users are force to choose standard instead
The standard version is for non-avx2 CPU's.
If you select any of the CPU's in the list, the AVX2 version is shown.
This is correct.
(Go and try running the AVX2 version on a non-AVX2 CPU, report back your findings)
The list as is can be a bit confusing especially for those with a fringe processor, that are old, but not that old. For instance I downloaded the AVX2 version for an early i3 and the program wouldn't work, it just crashed without an error... The wallet needs some work done, it would be nice to have an indicator of when it's mining or not, and a warning when it detects a not supported processor.
It isn't confusing, select your processor if its listed, you get AVX2 Version. If it isn't listed you select the option that says your CPU isnt listed, then you get the Standard Version.

That's not what I meant. There exists a version for avx1 on GitHub. This should be the recommended for sandy/ivy bridge and perhaps earlier core i5/i7 (but not core 2 duo/quad)
But such processors are not on the list so the avx1 version is never offered for download.
Is that the case for a reason? Why not add those cpus in the list?
There is no AVX1 version on GitHub for Credits. There is an AVX2 optimised binary that Wolf0 did the optimisations for in the code. There are no AVX optimised binaries. The standard binaries are compatible with all 64-bit CPUs.

It is a fork of Dynamic(DYN) which is a fork of Dash 12.2, but the difference being Dash is doomed to fail due to Masternodes not yeilding a return on investment over a long period and depreciating incentive.
Credits(CRDS) fixes that with increasing rewards for Masternodes over time and depreciated PoW rewards, this enforces ROI for Masternode operators and increases scarcity and demand of CRDS.
The mining algorithm is also NOT X11. It is Argon2d, far superior and much harder an algo, adding to the intrinsic worth and scarcity of CRDS.
For more info please see https://crds.io and connect to Slack via the same website
I am selling Credits at $1 per CRDS, this is limited to 1BTC worth per person and done via Slack as I do not monitor PM's here frequently.
This is aimed towards those that are mining and got hashrates below 10000, cannot mine for whatever reason or those that simply want to get Masternodes setup.
With the difficulty where it is, and cost to mine, the price of Credits should be entering Bittrex at $1 base price moving to $6 per coin by December.
People should not sell for less than $1 and each month leading up to December the price should be pushed and sell walls risen to enforce this.
Credits(CRDS) is hard to mine, difficult to attain and a great return on investment once locked into Masternodes, don't miss out.
I'm having some weird issues with the wallet software I have an Intel I7 6700K and for Monero for instance I get 300 H/s with 4 cores with the CPU at 50% usage and 45º C. For Credits, with 4 cores (setgenerate true 4) I get 20 kH/s with average 50% usage but like 75º C temps and I tryed using all 8 cores and my procesor reached 90º!! Anyone having the same problems?
No one else having problems?
No my temperature doesn't go over 75º C in full capacity, you probably have some other problems check your diagnostic in idle mode.
Well I don't have any problem while doing other stuff with my computer, including mining Monero or other altcoins. Dev, is the processor affinity chosen random? or is it locked?
I believe random, what a question. Will have to look into it to be 100%
Unable to start the masternode, the status says "Not capable Masternode: Masternode not in Masternode list" when I click "start alias" from the controller wallet.
Someone within the community who has an enchaned bittrex account and is public to a degree, needs to approach them to fill their needed coin request forms for the process to start.
If anyone is willing, message loremipsum or andrew2k.
Send BTC to "31qdt6hLaeN2fdAo3jMwwvpapChpGaq8SJ" to get Credits(CRDS) on Bittrex.
3BTC is the target, spare what you can afford.
This is a 3/3 multisig wallet between me, loremipsum and andrew2k.
can u proof that its between you and bittrex ?
We will open the dialog, but to add a coin on Bittrex costs 3BTC. The funds are locked to a MultiSig 3/3 and nothing can be sent without 3 complete strangers who are a part of the same community signing the transaction. If for any reason Bittrex refused to take the 3BTC to add Credits(CRDS) we would then persue Polo. Failing that, funds would be returned to their originating sending address.
good luck with that, seems a good project .
Bittrex Bill and Julian are being directly messaged to inform them that the community is ready to have Credits(CRDS) added to Bittrex, that the whole community is aware that a minimum quota of volume (0.5BTC) must be reached daily for it not to be removed, that there is 3BTC in a 3/3 MultiSig wallet waiting to be signed and sent(we believe upon conf from Bittrex, this will fill). Along with the number of reads here on the thread within such a short time, over 100 users on Slack within a day, information about people buying CRDS traded off the market at $1 already and links to all websites etc.
Screenshots of the conversation will be posted here. Loremipsum is contacted them.
PLEASE DO NOT GO IN BITTREX SLACK ASKING FOR CREDITS TO BE ADDED. NO SHILLING, IT LOOKS BAD.
