Typically, animal shelters are under resourced and under financed; relying heavily on donations and the volunteer efforts to assist animals.
This is where Woof Coin steps in. As avid lovers of dogs, we wanted to make a difference. Using the power of Proof of Work mining, weve created a coin where miners are contributing to the donation of money to animal welfare shelters. These shelters initially include the ASPCA who already have a cryptocurrency donation mechanism but with intention to expand to the RSPCA and other organizations suggested by the community.

Recently I received some bounty tokens too, the project more than needed funds to meet the softcap and the token was doing okay on the exchange before the distribution of bounty tokens. Few hours before I got the tokens the price dropped to below 200% and it has gotten worse since then.
Everyone should watchful and very vigilant before investing, that's the only to stop SCAM ICOs, If no one is falling victim to scam icos there will be no team wasting their time and money organizing scam icos again.
In my opinion only big exchanges like Binance, Kucoin and etc. suitable for successful IEO. Small exchanges gives not much opportunities in fundraising.
Big exchanges have also had problems raising funds for IEOs in the last months because of the general situation of the market, the future still look promising for IEOs of there is positve change in the market.
Can very even cost more over $500 if the Golden Cross indicator occurs on Ethereum coin can trigger a very good price increase. Hopefully the price of Ethereum can experience a hike in the return price and the most fundamental ethereum is increasing the day, reportedly starting in October this price Ethereum is starting to return, we pray only hopefully prices like In 2017.
Maybe it will be true because next month we have entered the last quarter of this year, the crypto market should have a consistent recovery if indeed bullrun will occur next year. But, today the price of bitcoin is falling hard, but we still see eth prices still survive at around $200 which seems like it would be a good sign.yes, hopefully it continues that way. if ethereum is at $ 200 when entering Q4 later, I'm sure things will turn into bulls. usually the end of the year there will be a pump, and plus early next year ethereum will be a big update. so this further strengthens my suspicion that in Q4 there will be a pump later.
The decrease in Bitcoin has extended till today and could fall below $10,000 very soon, It already might done so on some exchanges. Ethereum is still maintaining its week-long increase, a positive sign for what is to come.
Only a project with intention of scamming investors will give more bonus to last round of their sales, it means they desperate and only want to sale more tokens no matter how cheap because they have no more use for the tokens
Ethereum is already reached $210 price.. so I think there is possible that ethereum can climb at $300 before end of the year. Three months left that we can see ethereum go bull run this year hopefully.
I think after reaching above the current $200 value, the next stop will be towards $230, after that will see a small decrease, before the final increase. Ethereum price will pass the $300 price this year.

My favorite and most used crypto exchange for 2019 remains Binance because of its huge trading volume for all coins listed on the exchange, it also has no issue with deposit or withdrawal.
There had come many ICOs in 2017 and a good number of STOs in 2018 and many IEOs in 2019 but hardly a few have made it to 'relatively better than others' list.
I wonder why haven't there come potential coins like ether. The only project that looked promising to me this year was bittorrent which was lauched on binance launchpad.
But even that is not going so well these days.

There are a lot of problems that could still need the blockchain intervention but the issue is that most project nowadays are repetition of already existing projects or already solved problems that barely needs to based on blockchain to begin with.

Last three months of the Year 2019 (4th quarter)is fast approaching! My prediction for the market in the last 3 month of this years is BTC will continue to gain ground with its dominance, although altcoins will will increase too, but not too much increase for the altcoins.
2019 is not a successful year for ICOs, A large percentage of ICOs were not able raise the neccesary funds, and those that were able to raise some funds are very much behind schedule because of the market situation.
Regulations can't solve the scams, even in regulated financial institutions, people are still scammed hugely. I think investors should learn to do research, avoid falling for conmen. Do not give out your money on hearsay.
Regulation might not be able to stop every scam out there in the crypto industry, but regulation will help to minimize to risks of scams and protect investors.
ICOs are dead, sorry. Only IEO is gettering money in 2019
ICOs are not totally dead yet, Some ICOs were launched in 2019 and were able to raise their hard cap target, and some IEOs have not turned out to a be success. it's not about IEO or ICO, it's just about the project itself.
ETH has added some value during the last several days, but it is too early to determine something about altcoins. We should wait until Bakkt launch, the biggest coin on Bakkt would be Bitcoin and nobody knows how this would affect the market in general.
The value increase was the samething with several other altcoins, so in my opinion it's general increase for altcoins and specifically not just Ethereum only.
Bounty hunters has nothing to do with decline of ICOs startups, The main reason why there are no more people interested in investing on ICOs is due to the rampant scam most projects are turning out to be.

I downloaded Brave Browser some months ago, what drew my attention was the BAtT, and since then I've loved the broswer and currently using it as my default broswer. I haven't gotten any free tokens from it yet, but It doesn't matter.
In the year 2019 I don't know which exchange should awarded as the best exchange of the year, I have only used a few exhanges these and they bitforex, hotbit and okex. All of these exchange are a class and I have satisfied which the services each one of them has rendered so far.
