First of all i want to thank Eliovp for the sharing of knowledge and all the thread participants for the added infos.
I'm on the -175mV rom since 4 days now and all is fine but headless boot won't work. I need to plug hdmi to monitor and it boots fine at the moment i have two nanos on usb risers and one on motherboard, one 700W PSU mobo is H81 Pro BTC and i'm booting lubuntu with claymore's on thumb usb
@Eliovp: i think i have read u have the same mobo and same cpu celeron g1840 did u have issues on headless booting?
also i'm on 312w reading on killawatt for mobo+3nanos with your stock -175mV rom audio and sata's disabled is that good? i thowght i'd go lower with 75watt for each nano i was expecting.
i'm going to try -200mV stock soon.
Thank you again
good mining to all.
are you dual mining? dual mining uses way more power btw you wont get much more reduction from the 200 bios o ran both of them the power use is the same. eth only mining you will get 80watts claymore with say 50 dcri you go up to 125 watts and max of 100 dcri i was seeing 150 watts
Not tried dual mining yet with my nanos will try that soon to
well, i'm on the same mobo and i use lubuntu 14.04 on 8gb usb thumb drive with 4gb ram using nano's with claymore's dual mining to be honest i have headless boot problem but having only one rig, no prob hdmi plugged to monitor
good work
You install your ubuntu OS into your USB drive? How much ETH do you earn every day and how much equivalent to dollar? It is still profitable? Do you use also AMD GPU? what model?
for the GPU's, well, yes RX 480 cards are just round the corner but will you be able to have it home quick with all the orders there will be? I had the news of them the day after i ordered 3 nanos. It was a shock so i had to build a good reason into my head that i did well not to beat my head on the wall hard ;p
I started around the end of may with one r7 370 strix that i'm now going to sell. It had a good ratio hash/watt /$
