I can't find your email and your private message was sent few minutes before your post without any details. Please send us another email and PM with your deposit address or session token.

I in the subject line of the letter and private message in the subject line indicated the address of the deposit. in the letter indicated that after confirmations does not allow to take the second step. What else did I have to write? why is there no alternative way to support besides mail where letters do not reach?

I sent bitcoin and received a lot of confirmations. the system does not allow me to go to the second step. be careful. I resumed the session in different browsers and systems - it does not work as before


did someone send coins recently? Does it work for you?
